Second time I have used this company. Pleased on both occasions with packaging and delivery. Slight delay second time but during lockdown so still brilliant service.

I’ve started a face book page for all who have problems with this company
I placed my order with Brasty and I was a little sceptical at first but after receiving my order 1½ weeks later I was pleasantly surprised.
Also it was (for me) the best price I could find on the net, the staff seemed friendly/easy to deal with so all in all I am a happy customer.
What you have to bear in mind with reviews, is sometimes things don't always work out for some people, anyway this is my experience with this company and with that said I will use again.

Avoid at all costs, plenty of much much better suppliers out there. Ordered 3 watches from 3 different suppliers. 2 came within 48 hours, I'm now into week 3 with this company, having to chase every single day, they occasionally reply with the same question and then ignore you again. Still no item, no contact, money gone.

I ordered what was meant to be a present for my brother to come before his birthday. it didn't. then I asked someone and he says oh it will tommorow or after weekend so I patiently waited and nothing. not only was it a week later as they claim 3 days delivery but when I tried to reach out on how disappointed I am and wanted a refund they sent an automated email and till day no one has acc given me a refund back. its now the 2nd week what business does this??? before they were picking up the phones and now all of a sudden there's no one picking up since I've been complaining. It's unacceptable I will harass them because I spent near enough £200 and no refund... never had this experience elsewhere next time I'm just going to do my research before buying. AVOID BRASTY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.

I had 2 problems with A Michael Korrs watch which was hardly worn . I had to pay to get it sent back but as I found out this company is in the Czech Republic and so I had to pay £10 to get it sent. I was then told it was very badly damaged (it had never been dropped or even banged) and that it would cost me between 20 and £60 to get it repaired and sent back, so inc. the £10 I paid - it could be £70. I explained that there was a problem with the strap which I was told by a watch repairer to get it sent back as that would come under warranty, it's a problem that can happen with these watches but not for a year or 2 and then the dial suddenly stopped working so I could no longer change the time etc. This was a very expensive present but it's useless and I believe if I pay all this money to get it repaired I will just be throwing good money after bad. Really unhappy!
