Upon receiving the Eagle Ray pin and opening the package I found one of the pins had come loose. I contacted the company who immediately reassured me that they would replace the faulty pin which has arrived in perfect condition. The key rings and earrings are perfect gifts for my family in Japan. Although the shop opens only 9 to 3 on weekdays and has no weekend trading which makes it difficult for me to collect my items.
All the designs are significant of WA and Australia. Highly recommended to visit this little store in Hilton.

I ordered some seconds of six ceramic coasters. They were as described on the website, ie the colour was a little bright or whatever, but they are still very nice and usable, and I would buy them again.
