When a man is tired of sliced salami, he is tired of salami subscriptions. I'm really sorry you're not enjoying it, but it's really clear on the website what's in the subscriptions, so this feels harsh. We have tried to reach out to see if we can get it cancelled or altered for you, but we don't seem to be able to connect except via your reviews. Amazing quality meats!
The charcuterie meats were unlike any I’ve tried before. High quality, flavourful and perfect for a night in with some wine. Would highly recommend!

I ordered a selection of 5 charcuterie and 3 cheeses as a present for my partner. My order arrived promptly and was beautifully presented. We've really enjoyed eating our way through the selection and will definitely order again!

Amazing morning at Bray Cured
We had such a brilliant time learning how to make salami and Chorizo, it was a really full, hands-on and informative morning that was also great fun. We also got to taste some yummy freshly cooked samples.
