The experience was relatively stress free and the nurse who ran my session was absolutely lovely. Very friendly and clear with her instructions. It was also very easy to reschedule the time of the appointment which was critical due to how busy I was with work. The only criticism would be that it would be great if the instructions included in the package were also e-mailed prior to the testing as I didn't open the box until the session started so could have had some trouble if I didn't have my passport for example.

Great friendly and efficient service

I discovered Breathe Assured via the British Airways website listing Covid test providers. First rate service was provided including quick delivery of test kit and also virtual testing procedure. Bongiwe was outstanding during the virtual meeting and we even had a nice opportunity to discuss travel destinations while waiting for the result. At the conclusion of the test, Bongiwe stayed with me to ensure I did receive the test certificate, as there was a delay with receipt of my email, most likely cause by my internet service provider. Anyone considering this provider should feel comfortable trusting their pre-departure testing with this Breathe Assured. I hope this will help other travellers

Excellent service by Reshma this morning. Calmly guiding us through the process maintaining a friendly but professional manner.
Had trouble at first with getting the results through by email. Having tried different email addresses and still no success, Reshma finally had to use her own email to send our results, which was successful.
The first attempt with my result from the official site arrived 1 hour later. My wife, Eileen's still hasn't arrived at 18.26.
Well done Reshma in staying with us until she got our results to us.
