Very smooth and efficient service today for a test to allow travel to the US. Tests arrived in the post quickly after making the booking, then we had reminders sent through yesterday with links for the meeting. Session started right on time and our contact Shantal was very friendly and professional.

We used Breathe Assured online testing for a trip to the US. The experience was great from start to finish: booking was simple and the tests arrived quickly. I had a couple of questions ahead of time, and customer service was prompt and efficient, allaying any concerns I had. During the test, our nurse Shantal was friendly, and great at explaining what would happen. She was also a very calming presence.

We had to have a mandatary Covid Test prior to our flight to the USA, we were nervous to say the least. Mishka Hurriparsad, was pleasant, helpful and guided us through the process with effortless professionalism.

At first I was very nervous, like I was attending an interview, but Reshma soon put my mind at rest. I ensured I was well prepared and had everything with me as required in the instructions. Reshma was very reassuring and it all went very smoothly, most importantly, I tested negative!! Yippee, I'm (hopefully unless the plane gets cancelled or my friend is positive) off to New York tomorrow!

Ugashini Kishunial was very professional and helpful during test. She explained each step and was careful to keep test valid. If we couldn’t find a needed lot number she explained where to find it. She was patient with me as it was my first time taking a test via Zoom.

Reshma Moodley was our nurse. She was so great, made the whole process so smooth and stress free! Highly recommend this service.
