Ordered from Breazy.com about a month ago and only received a confirmation. I have tried to contact them numerous times over the last week, understanding if shipping times were longer than usual or whatever.... but! They have not responded to a single email. Their site does not list a phone number, you can only chat or email them, and the chat option does not work.... starting to think I was scammed out of $50. This was the only site that had the product I needed...now I see why...

It's been over a month. No fulfillment, no shipping, no response to several emails. All you guys need to do is communicate with people and respond, yet you can't even go the bare minimum. Now I'm gonna have to dispute this with my bank, thankfully they don't argue since unlike you they care about their customers. I suggest Peopke put breazy in the past. If they make this right, I'll take this review down since I've had good dealings with them in the past, but I sense they are long gone.

I wrote a review on May 18th and on June 3rd, I have been shopping on Breazy for a minute now and they have always been a great company and I told everyone that on May 18. However I wrote another review on June 3rd because I had 3 orders with Breazy totaling about $500.00 and had not received any of them and the one order I placed on May 10th. Well I have since received 2 of my orders but the oldest one from May 10th I haven't received and that's the one I really wanted. I don't understand how you can only send out 2 of my orders. I wrote this review because you have somewhat redeemed yourself. I would still like my other order but if I don't receive an e-mail soon I will have no choice but to dispute the order.

Breazy is violating the FTC and federal law for shipping goods.
Like many other reviewers, I ordered 30 days ago and never had my order shipped. Due to the new PACT Act, Breazy shipping typically takes two weeks. After two weeks arrived and my order was still unfulfilled, I reached out to customer service through email. No response. Four days later I tried the chat and within a few hours received the same response as everyone else about being under new management and facing delays. The customer service rep claimed the goods would be received the following Monday, May 30, and shipped that week. It has been a week since then, and my order is still unfulfilled. This violates the FTC, namely The Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. Breazy had 30 days to get us our orders, and they failed miserably. I have disputed the charge with my bank and strongly suggest everyone else follow suit since it seems like Breazy is no longer responding to emails asking for refunds. They haven’t responded to mine or several others here. Sorry, Breazy, that it ended like this. You were my go-to for years. Never again.

Poor Customer Service
I ordered a single item, sold and shipped by Breazy. After 4 days I e-mailed them asking when the order would ship. I got a response the same day basically saying: "we're under new management, the order will ship as soon as possible."
I replied asking them to cancel the order, but got no response.
I e-mailed a second request to cancel the order, but again got no response.
A week and a half after they stopped responding to e-mails, I get the item in the mail. They never alerted me that the item had shipped.
Them taking over a week to ship something they supposedly had in stock is bad enough, but their customer service dept. refusing to respond to e-mails is just bad customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS OR ANY SORT OF RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE THERE IS NONE. Literally NO customer service The customer service links on the site are broken and you can't even click on them so you have to email them which get totally ignored. Pretty sure the site has turned into a scam and needs to get shut down. I used to love it and it was the only site I'd buy my vape stuff from.. :(

Now I just believe that this so call company Breazy is a total SCAM my mistake was not reading the reviews, but believe me I will never make that mistake again. You deserve no stars Breazy!!!! I should’ve given you No stars….
