Great jocks

I had no issues with this company, my order showed up when they said & was accurate. Jocks are very well made & I love how they look on me. items are very true to size so keep that in mind when ordering, I would buy again.

I am Based in New Zealand. I subscribed to Breedwell despite their website estating "subscrib and get 10% off your first purchase,I have never received the coupon code. We are a group of friends getting prepared to enjoy a party and decided to place an order at Breedwell website, Garments came extremely faulty, they refunded the faulty items, I've decided to place a second order and this order was blocked as a fraud like some people has mentioned here, Took me days to solve and receive my money back, I received, I placed a third order, the garments sizes has no standards so i had 3 garment with wrong size. I placed a fourth order and 2 more item came wrong for the same reason "the sizes" I've contacted Breedwell talked about return/refund the items, i shipped all items unworned with tags on contacting the company to talk about the issues the owner probably told me that all emails subscribed get 10% off so 5 of us subscribed with our own emails and none of us received any email with discount. Owner was so arrogant and disrespectful on his email...which we don't really care but his parents failed to smach his bottom and show respect to people who are paying for your products not asking you any favor. I will be waiting for my refund which is around $240 USD and let's see how they will be proceeding with it. Company seems to be having a stupid arrogant owner as so many people stated their experiences here.

Terrible Customer Service - Paranoid owner ranting about previous fraud he's experienced

Placed an order on 2/10 for $465.00
Customer service emailed me demanding I send them a copy of my Photo ID because I was flagged as "high risk of fraud", which I declined as you should never send ID/PII over an unsecured connection, and Breedwell has no Privacy Policy

Had 10 total emails back and forth with the company where the owner "Jeno" went on a paranoid rant about fraud and chargebacks, despite this being my first time trying to interact with his company.

The "proof" he sent from his payment processor simply listed that my IP address was 651 miles from the shipping address - due to my being connected to a VPN.

Pointed out how stupid this is, as the shipping address could be different for any number of reasons including VPN connection, purchasing gifts for a friend, etc, and that I'm not responsible for previous fraud or chargebacks he's encountered. He then whined that he doesn't know much about IT and can't even explain why my transaction is being flagged.

Seriously though, if you're this paranoid, and terrible at customer service, close your shop and find a different job because you're truly not cut out to run a business.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. I placed an order that came out to just under $300. When I sent an email advising I never received the order they sent a picture of a package in front of my door step which it's standard procedure and then advised they aren't responsible after a package has been delivered. So if I spend $300 and a package was taken from of my doorstep or delivered to the wrong apartment I just have to eat the costs? I'll never order from this company again. This all happened as I was in the midst of packing and getting ready for a move due to Covid so the package was the furthest from my mind at the time. I didn't even realize i hadn't received my order until going through my bank statements and saw the charge.

I'm normally extremely pleased with my purchases from Breedwell. However, even the prettiest girl gets a pimple every once in awhile.
My most recent order included their new FlexFit ball caps with the embroidered logo. Great looking hat but fit is WAY off. I have a closet full of SM/MD FlexFit caps, all of which fit exactly the same. I had no reason to believe that this one would be any different. However, this SM/MD is way off. I immediately sent an email about this and was told that it's a fitted cap and that several models were used for fitting. I was reminded that these hats are not adjustable.
Yes, I get it. I know what a FlexFit cap is! I understand it's not ADJUSTABLE! Your product is mis-sized. A return label was also forwarded.
I returned to the website to look at the models wearing the caps in the photos. Upon closer inspection, the caps look ridiculously large, even on the models. The caps are baggy at the ears (large gap) and are even pushing the model's ears down (like Dumbo).
In the end, the I'll find someone who wears a LG/XL FlexFit and gift them my SM/MD.
Be cautious ordering this product.
If you wear a LG/XL FlexFit cap, the SM/MD will work well for you. If you need a SM/MD, pass this product by.

This company is a joke.

Quite literally the worst customer service I've experienced in my life.

Half of my order was never delivered and I sent them a polite email letting them know there was a mistake. All I got were three invalid links to "video showing is was all packed"

I reached out on social media and they said "stop contacting us. We make videos because of customers like you" and blocked me ! I am partnered with an Event Company that is responsible for most festival events around the country and was eager to help promote a small business. All i wanted was what I paid for and planned outifits around. This company is a joke and its no wonder they arent growing.

Customer experience

Ordered some items from this company on the 06/02/2020, order number 7778. From the start, I have been impressed with the company’s professional easy and clean website, communication and today I can say the quality product. I think something worthwhile to mention here is that the company does not make a nuisance of itself my spamming you once you have registered, unlike the competition that sends you like 5 emails a day. On the 10/02/2020 the parcel was shipped and arrived at the hub in the U.S.A, delivered yesterday in Panama. The impression that I have of BreedWell is that it is a serious and professional company, not build on hype or conducting business like they doing you a favour. You have a client for life and a brand advocate. An extremely satisfied customer, thank you.
