I've already used Breeze Mortgages twice; firstly for taking out my initial mortgage as a first time buyer, then to renew it. Both times they've been fantastic, and gone above and beyond to help explain details about the whole process that I was unfamiliar with. I will absolutely use them again for my next mortgage renewal, and my family have already started using them and will be going back to them again too. A huge thanks to Jack Heard who's managed both my and my families cases.

My Partner and I were buying a flat as a first time buyer using an 80/20 scheme that the housing developer were offering. This along with my partners Brazilian nationality meant our previous broker was really struggling to get a mortgage offer. We were then recommended to go to Jack from Breeze mortgages. I can’t be more grateful for his services. He was incredibly efficient with fantastic customer service and even with our circumstance found a great mortgage offer with sub 4% interest rate. Upon the underwriters final checks, we were incorrectly denied the mortgage offer. This was due absolute negligence and poor customer service from the lender. After a few weeks of Jack chasing tirelessly to find out why this was the case, he advised that we should make a formal complaint. Jack took care of everything and was absolutely fantastic for us. The next morning our mortgage offer was approved. The complaint led to the lender offering compensation which is a fantastic outcome. Jack and breeze mortgages now have a customer for life and I will be recommending him to anyone looking to get a mortgage.

I might say I have little vocabular but the truth is , I have no words to describe how easy , fast, professional our experience has been with you Rosie Butler throughout all mortgage approval. I mean from been told by another broker different company that we will have no chance to buy the house we fallen in love with , to have everything done really within a week !!! and this took 3 days longer because of me not scanning properly my payslips ....within one week !!!...while with the others been waiting from end of May.
