The only issue was that I couldn’t extend my stay at the front desk, so I had to book a new reservation and get new keys.

The staff was very nice, breakfast was good, had a pool, room was nice and updated but you can tell that the building is old, there was also some hair behind bathroom door so cleaning could be a bit better

Scam. Booked a room at Hilton and found myself at check in with no room. Thankfully the good folks at Hilton found my room reservation was made at a Quality Inn just down the street. Not what I paid for.

I was charged twice and still not given a room at any hotel, and here it is 2 days later and I've yet to receive a refund. I've been using this site for the last 3 weeks to book hotels but I won't use it again until I get my refund

Somebody wiped poop all over the pillows

It was horrible loud the AC had a leak so there was water on the floor the bathroom door didn't shut due to a huge punch whole in it the shower floor was stained and wet bad and hair all in it under bed was discussing

Me and my girl loved it! The room was nice, clean and super neat. Front desk was super patient and understanding, very helpful! The bed was absolutely and extremely comfortable and the breakfast was also great, the absolute best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time.

Mark and his supervisor Sam was amazing to talk to they settled our booking and were great at their jobs heritage inn did not honer their word so brek have us back our refund

Price was deceiving, when you click on it it changes . Also has imbedded promos that they do not follow up on and don’t take accountability for . Yet still, their prices were cheaper than most last minute booking platforms and the reservation was legit

This is a SCAM!!! Customer service is rude and unhelpful. I have not seen anything like this before. Do not spend your money with BREK they will NOT give you your money back. They are scammers and you should buy it on official websites. If i could give zero stars i would.

It's a total scam site, took my money and the reservation was never made. I received no notification that there wasn't a reservation, I only found out when I made it to the hotel.

thought I was booking with hotel that had a shuttle, when I immediately called to get a ride they informed me this was not the case. They told me I needed to contact Brek for refund, When I did, they said it was up to the hotel. No one wanted to help me, I was stranded at the airport and charged for a room I booked for 5 minutes.

I RESERVED A ROOM THROUGH THEM AT 11:30PM THAT NIGHT BECAUSR I WAS ON MY WAY TO CHECK INTO THE HOTEL SO THE RESERVATION WAS MADE FOR THAT NIGHT SO MIDNIGHT COMES AND BECAUSE OF TRAVEL ISSUES I WASNT ABLE TO GET TO THE HOTEL SITE TILL WAY LATER IN THE AFTERNOON BUT WHEN I ARRIVED THE HOTEL STSTED SINCE I HADNT CHECKED IN BY 7AM THAT MORNING THAT THEY HAD WENT AHEAD AND CANCELED THE RESERVATION BREK REFUSED TO ESTABLISH MY RESERVATION CLAIMED THE HOTEL WAS TO REFUND ME OR RESTABLISH THE RESERVATION WHEN EVERYONE KNOWS THAT BREK IS THE MIDDLE MAN THEY CREATE THE RESERVATION THEY PROCESS THE PAYMENT THE DO THE COMMUNICATING OF ISSUES WITH THE HOTEL AND ALSO BREK DOESNT PAY THE HOTEL WHATEVER IS DIFFERENCE IN RESERVATION COST UNTIL IM CHECKED IN. ITS HOW BREK GETS PAID ADVERTISING THE HOTELS AND DOING ALL THE LOGISTICALS OF THE WHOLE THING.
