I ordered mega kids bath bombs over a month ago and received NO PRODUCTS! They keep telling me its on the way but untrackable!

What I received is not what I did see on the internet and ordered. This is a scam ! Don’t buy here.

I ordered two books to fill out for my children. When they came in the mail the Post Office said this is the latest scam and that I would have to pay shipping for the product which was in a sealed package. I wasn't allowed to open it before I paid the shipping. I looked at my email and I had already paid shipping so I wasn't going to pay for it twice. Also the package was VERY small which made me leery of it actually containing what I ordered. I contacted Breliance and they are giving me the run around. They are stating that they can't refund me unless I return the item, which is obviously not possible since I don't have it.

Never purchase from them. Lesson learned. Such a shame to be out on the money and to have to deal with this frustration.

Complete scam. Waited more than two months for my order after paying for expedited shipping. Then when I finally received the package it was a cheap, knockoff version of what was advertised - nothing at all like what I paid for. Buyer beware.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ever arrived. They keep sending me a tracking and it’s an error. Horrible company

Seems to be a Scam. My package never arrived and they offered me to resend the order. They texted me: "but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee. Will that be acceptable? "

Items listed are NOT the quality sold! What I ordered and what I received were two different things. I sent my comments to Breliance and was offered a $5 credit..... Really on a $70+ order? Totally lacking customer service and Crappy products.

I ordered a calendar on December 23, 2025, and as of February 1, 2026, I still have not received my item. This site is a complete fraud.

I have contacted their support multiple times, but they refuse to issue a refund. They keep claiming that the package is "on its way," yet the tracking information provided via tracking-hub.com is clearly fake and never updates with real carrier data. It is just a tactic to stall for time so you can't claim your money back through your bank.

Numerous other users have reported the exact same pattern: fake tracking and zero delivery. They are professional scammers. Do not trust their "support" emails—they are just lying to keep your money. I am reporting this to the authorities and starting a chargeback process immediately.

SCaM. dont trust. ordered a planner a month ago and keep getting tracking that its coming and the updates are just not legit and are saying "clearing customs. etc" their company wrote back and said the below to continue to delay me filing a complaint. " We checked the tracking information but there were no updates.
To make sure you will receive your package ASAP, We are resending your order.

Please wait a few more days for the new parcel.
We appreciate your understanding and patience.

I ordered items from a Facebook ad in November. The payment was authorised by a completely different company than Breliance. I was given a link to tracking, which showed my items clearing customs in US and entering customs in the UK. After a while, it became clear that it was not going to be delivered. My anti-virus now shows Breliance.com to be a fake e-commerce site and a clear scam.

My credit card company have agreed and reversed the charges.

I'm giving two stars as a show of hope that my order turns up. It's been nearly a month with sporadic updates like my order "has reached the United States." There is no expected date of delivery or even movement of the parcel shown. I'm pretty sure that I just gave this company money for products and shipping that will never reach me. I ordered a 2026 planner. If I receive it, I won't even need it for January. Just order the same or similar items from a local place or one you've used before.

I'm writing this today as I just received another update to let me know that the item I ordered is, in fact, in the country where I live. So that's... Something? Not really though.

Ordered with VIP shipping. Order never turned up. Have disputed it with my bank as a scam to get my money back.

Don't waste your time.

Do not go anywhere near this company - they don’t deliver and there customer service just copies and pastes the same message. At best this is incompetent at worst fraudulent. Do not waste your money here

This December on Instagram, an ad was posted by an account named 'Actualon7' advertising a product called The Life Edit Planner. Ordering the planner/journal took me to the 'Breliance' website, and collected all my data necessary to place the order. I immediately received a notification from my bank that the transaction was suspicious, but by that time it was too late. This 'company' is Chinese based even though it says it is in Los Angeles. All of the 'receipts' I have received are fake and Paypal has confirmed that the receipts from Hungary and China are fake and did not go through their system. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING...IT IS A SCAM. BRELIANCE IS A SCAM.

SCAM. FRAUD. It’s a front and they’ve registered URLs in multiple countries. Do not order from them. Trying to report them to Facebook since I purchased through an ad. I will never get my $48 back, but am livid my credit card info is in their hands.

It’s a scam, continual emails with tracking in other countries like Italy when it says it would be delivered in 3-7 days. DO NOT BUY.

Have never received my order. It has now been over four months. "Too late to cancel" huh? Well not too late to leave an accurate review of my experience.
