Great experience. Derek and Harjit were very responsive to our enquiry. They were able to accommodate our survey request without much notice. Communication was great and pricing was very competitive. We would happily use their services again.

I'm really pleased I came across Bressummer A.R.K to conduct a survey for me.
The company have been really helpful and supportive throughout the process. As a small business myself trust is a big issue with many companies just taking your money for very little. From my initial contact the whole team have been professional, efficient and honest and I could not recommend them highly enough
Derek has recently prepared an excellent report for us. He took the time to properly understand the issues, meet with us and then prepare the report promptly. Thank you and we would certainly recommend his services to others.
Derek was appointed as an expert witness for a domestic roof dispute. He did not respond to emails for a week. He lacked thoroughness and did not know the subject area employed to review as it is not covered by building regulations. He claimed 6 office hours to review the subject of fascia, soffit and gutters.
Derek observed errors noted in the questions but then did not acknowledge them in his assessment of work to be done. It was a hasty report with errors. He did not research or confirm questions. Doesn’t know that eaves protection should go the full length of the eaves and that fascia corner trim brackets require only a 5mm thermal gap movement. A fascia 30mm higher than the rest is described as a minor problem and not one to be fixed!
Derek stated that he could not go back to the court as it would undermine his report instead, he left it to undermine my dispute. It felt like he had a bigger more important client to attend to. As an individual I would not recommend.

We spoke with Jonathan to arrange a Schedule of Condition on short notice, and he was able to get a surveyor out within just two business days after our initial call. Harjit was who came to carry out the Schedule of Condition, and he was wonderful - thorough, efficient, and very professional. No one at any point was condescending, and everyone was very clear in their explanations. Our report was delivered far faster than we expected.
Cannot rate them highly enough!

We contacted Bressumer ARK to carry out a delapidation survey on one of our rental units, from the initial contact through to receiving the report, the communication was first class, the day before the survey we had to notify Bressumer that we needed to reschedule, this wasn’t an issue for them, they were able to fit us in within a few days of the original date.
We would highly recommend this company and will most certainly use them again for future surveys.
