Brewser 2.0 is terrible
Brewser 2.0 is terrible, the worst website to navigate. Cannot line up breweries months in advance unlike before. Been delivered a brewery that you have sent me before. All in all this is terrible and I will not be using ever again. That is once you delete my account as I am unable to on your site.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback - we’re sorry to hear that Brewser 2.0 hasn’t met your expectations. We have made some big improvements, including a smoother Shopify interface, better value for money, and an even wider variety of breweries of the year.
We completely understand how much our subscribers enjoy being able to line up boxes months in advance, and we’re pleased to let you know this feature is currently being rebuilt and will be back soon.
Looking at your account, the box you received was from Dark Revolution, one of our original Discovery Breweries back in July 2023. Since then, this box has become so popular that we decided to feature it again two years later. While we appreciate it can be disappointing to receive the same brewery twice, this has only happened once in two years - and the beers themselves were entirely new compared to your original box.
We really value your long-time support of Brewser and hope we’ll have the chance to welcome you back in the future.

I have given them a one star review purely on the basis that they use Evri for their delivery service. Evri are the absolute pits

Hi Martin. We are sorry to hear that your personal experience with Evri has not been good. Shipping issues are out of out our control, but will always get you a replacement box if a courier losses or damges yours. Just simply reach out on the help widget and we will take care of you. Taking into account the volume of boxes we put through Evri the delivery rate is very high. We also use DHL for the majority of our deliveries. Cheers

Father's day beer box
Father's day beer box! I brought this 2.5 weeks before Father's day with the website stating "delivered in time for Father's day". I hadn't heard anything between the order confirmation email and the Saturday before Father's day which was when I was worried about the delivery so messaged on Instagram as there is no email address available. Still nothing by late Saturday so I found that an Oliver Morgan was one of the owners so also messaged him directly. I've chased both of these contacts with no reply still and so would suggest avoiding the company. The box arrived on Monday afternoon which is all well and good but I felt bad explaining to my dad on the day that I had infact brought him something but that it just hadn't turned up. Such a shame as his birthday is coming up in August and a beer subscription could have been an ideal gift that I could have continued each year (he is a hard person to buy for). I wondered if they have anything to do with Bier company/Bier Nuts as we had a very similar issue with a beer themed Christmas advent calendar from them a few years ago. Bottom line would be to use them with caution from my perspective, maybe the subscriptions are their focus with these one of purchases at the bottom of their attention but ether way a very disappointing experience from supposedly the UKs best.

Hey Ian, We are very sorry that your Father's Day box arrived a day later than promised. We arranged for these boxes to be collected from the brewery to ensure they would make it to their destinations on time. I can confirm that your box was collected on time and due to a label re print picked up a delay at the Evri Hub which sadly is out of our control. Your Instagram message to us went into our Request message folder and this is why it was not seen. Having also spoken with Olly he confirms that the message you sent to him also went into his Request folder as you are not connected with each other. As a small team and business, customer service is something we consider to be a top priority. We have a HELP widget on the website which is monitored daily and in most cases we will respond and resolve in the same day. We are sorry that your message got missed, and again that your box arrived a day late.
Excellent beer and service!
I've been a member for a few months now and the monthly craft beers have been really excellent, much better than other beer clubs I've been in in the past. Plus their customer service seems really great too. My last month's delivery never arrived when the shipping company claimed it had, and Ash sorted it out for me quickly without any hassle, and a replacement case was soon on my doorstep.

The Best Beer Subscription Service
I’ve been using Brewser since they got started and absolutely love it. The idea is genius, being able to buy beer from breweries all over the UK through one simple website is a lot of fun and so easy. But beyond that their customer service is exceptional. Thought I'd buy a Cloudwater X Collab box to see what all the fuss was about and am really impressed! Not a single dud or filler in the selection. Excellent ordering experience and superlative service from the Brewser gang. Beer52 could learn a thing or two from these guys.

Great beer subscription
Having been underwhelmed by previous beer subscriptions, I gave Brewser a go. Over the last 14 months I have enjoyed the highest quality craft beer available. The team are responsive and helpful with any queries. I look forward to many more beers in the future.

I’ve been a Brewser subscriber for nearly 3 years. The service these guys offer is second to none! Independant Craft Beer delivered straight to your door in a well put together plan. Super easy to change/cancel/pause. They have unbelievable customer service any issues are dealt with in a quick and professional manner. If you’re after a beer subscription this is the one!

The UK’s best Craft Beer subscription service
Been using Brewser for nearly 2 years now. For me, there is no better beer subscription service out there. An unbeatable selection of breweries available at great prices, all packaged up in an easy to use web service, that lets me pause, cancel or change my subscription without fuss.
It’s clear to me Brewser care about each of the breweries on their service, I’ve found so many incredible breweries across the country and fallen in love with the Craft Beer scene because of it.
