They have terrible management made up of greedy bullies. NEVER buy from them, and NEVER SELL to them. They refused to pay for the the stock that they then sell to customers.

cannot be trusted to help the customer. will try to trap and steal from customers which is unfortunate. poor poor poor

Guys this is not Bricks and Minifigs US.

These people are not scammers go and leave a review on the actual Bricks and Minifigs franchise

Youre review bombing the wrong people, these wre not the scammers

It’s a SCAM. Don’t support their business.

Never go to this store

Keep away! They will steal your stuff and lie about. Search for courtcases!

THIS IS NOT THE BRICKS AND MINIFIGS. THIS IS ANOTHER COMPANY

huge business mistakes alongside a defensive nature towards customers, supply chain errors makes this business less trustworthy personally, it will defiantly take a lot of rebuilding to give customers trust in their supply chain. I want to point out its specifically the business professionalism I have a problem with alongside their ability to track their stock, that's where I would suggest improvement either through training or system tracking improvement. I hope this review can be seen as fair and reasonable as I think this is their biggest roadblock.

scammers, dirty scammers
Horrible price
Holding my Lego’s for 3 weeks.

This is not the Bricks and Minifigs related to the controversy. This is a local business in a completely different region, please pay attention guys.

This is not the US Company Bricks and Minifigs currently caught up in the internet controversy. If you're here trying to review bomb, consider 5 starring instead to fix the damage done by those less observant.

Excellent experience in the store, lovely group of people.

Scammers and disgusting company stay away by all means.

Bricks and Minifigs chose to burn their brand for the sake of stealing 200.000$ worth of an old man's lego. They are scum.

I will never shop with them again.

before leaveaing a review remeber to read the name atleast this is a german store NOT THE NOTORIUS SHADY AMERICAN BUISNES IS A GERMAN ONE

Corrupt af.

IGNORE THE 1 STAR REVIEWS CITING THIEVES. THIS IS NOT BRICKS AND MINIFIGS US.

GERMAN COMPANY WITH NOTHING TO DO WITH AMMON MCNEFF.

Great selection of lego's!

Company tried to scam a family out of $200,000 of Lego. Gagged the investigators with false claims. Don't buy from this company in the USA, the corporate suits are thugs. This opinion comes from their dishonest response on their website, where they refuse to take responsibility for their actions (in line with Trustpilot guidelines as it is based on me browsing their website). Feel bad for the franchisee's though, as the companies reputation will suffer.

They say they offer %50 of value but it’s more close to %15
