Great service from start to finish. Basharat gave me a courtesy call after the survey to provide a quick rundown so I was immediately informed about what to expect in the report. The report itself went into great detail-we got the Level 3-and provided recommendations where necessary. Great service. From start to finish, the communication has been superb. Once I’d received the report, I was advised to read, understand and to ensure I question anything I’m not sure on by the surveyor. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a home buyers report or a survey on a property.

I received a call from the Principal Surveyor after his visit and he talked me through his observations.
