Easy to navigate. Plenty of opportunities for feedback and it’s amazing to have everything wedding related all in one place!

Bridebook made wedding planning a lot less overwhelming with a helpful checklist to see what you would need to organise. If you have an idea of what date/month you want to get married, the checklist creates a timeline leading up to you date organising when you would need to compete tasks by, e.g., when to send wedding invitations. I found my dream venue on bridebook and I am using it to find and book my suppliers. Would definitely recommend!

Antonia was very helpful with suggestions regarding our listing with Bridebook.
They're trialling a new nationwide exposure listing, which we were very interested in, but at this time we don't have the capacity to take our profile any further than we currently have it.
It's something that we will review ourselves going forward, and if we felt the need to broaden our search area, it might be something we do in the future. It was all explained to us very well, with no real pressure.

How easy it made the process

Marina, my account manager for Bridebook, is an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s always incredibly warm, approachable, and genuinely friendly, which makes every interaction a positive one. Beyond her lovely manner, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. She's offers fantastic advice and practical suggestions that have really helped enhance Wilde Lodge’s Bridebook profile. Her support has been consistent and thoughtful, and I always feel like she truly cares about helping us get the most out of the platform. Couldn’t ask for better support!

Our current Account Manager is the third we have had in 2 years, however they have done more in the first 3 months than some predecessors did in a year.

They are very pro-active as regularly identifies areas for us to improve our use of Bridebook before our quarterly meetings. This has helped us improve our wedding offering and responses (especially targeted at Millennials). The advice offered has also improved our positioning within North Yorkshire.

Another great attribute is that they always have time to speak to me whenever I message, even when visiting family in Italy. No problem or question is an issue.

They are a pleasure to work with and they do everything with a smile on their face. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Schöner Gedanke der App an sich.Dienstleister antworten auch manchmal. Locations antworten so gut wie gar nicht. Schade drum, das Konzept ist gut, aber wenn man Wochen wartet und nichts passiert trotz vieler Anfragen, kann man sich die Frustration auch schenken!
