the people at Bridge transfers are nice and honest people I went with them to sell my timeshare my timeshare ended up going bankrupt and they're going to sell the property and Bridge transfer gave me my money back they did a little bit of work but they still gave me my money back and I was very happy with them

Our experience with Bridge Transfer was positive. Very friendly and easy to work with staff. Before we even started working with them, they provided consultation on another companies offer we were considering and saved us a lot of $.

We got out of our timeshare using their lawfirm service. They too were very friendly and easy to work with. Any concern that was brought up was positively addressed almost immediately.

We are now free of our timeshare and already saving so much money. Would highly recommend. No pressure sales pitch. No empty promises and they got results in a shorter period of time then we were expecting.

My initial contact with Bridge Transfers began on Feb 3, 2025. As with all of these companies offering services for getting people out of their timeshares, I was definitely skeptical at first. I didn’t have much to lose so I reached out to Bridge Transfers to see what they were proposing. Mike Rice was my brought in to help me through the process and he was absolutely great with all the explanations and always took the time to respond to every one of my inquiries, whether it be via phone calls or text messages. He even responded to me after normal business hours which to me represents a great customer experience. The total up front cost for signing up was less than the $4000 maintenance fee which was due the following year, so I figured why not give this a shot? Mike was honest and said for my particular resort company, it could take over a year to get my timeshare successfully transferred and would more likely take 18 months. However, they were able to help get it transferred in less than a year, and just in time - a couple of months before the next maintenance fee was due! Mike had even stated that Bridge Transfers would provide a money-back guarantee if the transfer did not get completed after 24 months, so how could one really lose at that point? Mike’s customer service was second to none, evidenced by my long text message correspondence spanning many months throughout the majority of 2025… and by the end of the year, Bridge Transfers came through successfully with the paperwork showing a successful transfer of my timeshare to the new owners. If you are looking to escape a lifetime’s worth of maintenance fees, I highly recommend spending the amount of your next maintenance fee on having Bridge Transfers get out of your contract. I was able to not only save over $4000 on my upcoming maintenance fee bill, but even better, I no longer have to every pay those fees ever again! If you have any hesitancies having Bridge Transfers help you get out of your timeshare, don’t hesitate - sign up as soon as you can and if you are able to work directly with Mike Rice, that’s a bonus as he was just the best professional that I had the opportunity to work with :)

I was looking to get out of my time share for quite a while but I heard bad things about the exit industry so I was skeptical at first. Bridge transfer explained the entire process and made me comfortable with working with them. Charles was my point of contact and he was very supportive every step of the way. It is with great pleasure and transparency that I write this review for Bridge Transfers, more specifically, Mr. Charles Hearn and his entire team. If you have been scammed, lied to, or taken advantage of, please take a moment to read this.

Back in September 2021, I made the colossal mistake of getting involved with a timeshare company. I’ve always been careful with my finances, weighing every decision with my family’s wellbeing in mind. I never expected to get caught in one timeshare—let alone two.

While vacationing in Vegas, I was lured with the promise of “free” perks for just 60 minutes of my time. The salespeople made it sound like a priceless investment for family memories, downplaying costs and exaggerating benefits. I signed up.

Soon after, I traveled to Cancun, Mexico, and encountered another pitch—this time with a more elaborate presentation and a cheaper annual fee. The salesman assured me I could get rid of my Vegas timeshare because it was unused. I believed him. That was mistake number two. Back in the U.S., I learned I couldn’t cancel the Vegas one, and the Cancun promise was false. I was now stuck with two contracts.

I began researching timeshare exit companies. Many were vague, evasive, or wanted large sums upfront—$12,000 in one case, later reduced to $6,500 for no clear reason. The whole process felt like another scam. I spoke with several companies and noticed many operated similarly, preying on desperate owners.

Just as I was about to give up, I saw a Facebook ad for Bridge Transfers. They offered a reasonable price, no payment until the timeshare was canceled, and—most importantly—clear answers. Charles Hearn personally called me. He was professional, direct, and genuine. Unlike others, he didn’t use high-pressure sales tactics or demand sensitive details before explaining the process. Everything happened exactly as he described. In August 2024, I hired Bridge Transfers, and by July 31, 2025—11 months later—I was free of both timeshares. After nearly four years of stress, I had peace of mind again.

Mr. Hearn and his company not only delivered but did so with integrity. I was skeptical about timeshare cancellation companies, but I had enough with special assessments and increasing annual fees. I called Bridge Transfers and they assured me that they could get it done in 180 days I signed my contract in January 2025 and I just got notification that my contract was cancelled May 8, 2025! Since August 2, 2024 Charles Hearn owner of Bridge Transfers and Lorraine Coats, former General Counsel for Bridge Transfers are the only two individuals at Bridge Transfers that I’ve had any interaction with. I am unaware of just exactly who “the team” might even consist of. Based on only my personal experience with Bridge Transfer I deeply regret not researching this company first and I deeply regret not finding out more about Charles Hearns’ other timeshare exit Company that he owned, although always fails to mention the name of it. It is only my opinion to PORCEED WITH CAUTION and please do your RESEARCH first before making your decision. I absolutely cannot recommend this Company. With that being said, I swear that my experience is true and I share this without malice

Charles and team have been great. I highly recommend them. I had reached out to others prior to Bridge Transfers but their prices were crazy and they couldn’t commit results or guarantee their work. I’m so glad I went with them. Yay, I’m finally free from that timeshare.

C- in the shady world of timeshare disposal they are 100% legitimate.

I searched for an exit strategy and found Bridge Transfers to be this vehicle. Charles and team were very responsive and as of last month was able to close out of my timeshare. Would recommend them for anyone looking to get out of their timeshare. I started my process in Oct/Nov and competed on Jan 30… while this seems long I feel the holidays may have extended the process a bit.

Set aside any preconceived notions or past experiences you have regarding timeshare cancellation; Bridge Transfers is the real deal if you want to get out. I had the good fortune to work with Mike Rice, who explained how the process would work and helped draft an agreement that protected my interest that I was comfortable with. Mike and Charles Hearn, the owner of Bridge Transfers, who was actively involved, always took my calls and kept me informed throughout the process, which took about seven months. I am now free from my timeshare and maintenance fees, and a tremendous financial burden has been lifted. Thank you, Bridge Transfers; I only wish I had met you years ago.

We had tried several companies to assist us in exiting our timeshare but met with zero success. Charles and Bridge Transfers quickly responded to our request for assistance. Our home is in Oregon (timeshare was in Florida) so business was conducted over the phone and by e-mail. No problems encountered and they were very responsive to any questions we had. The overall process took about three months so have patience. With that said, at the end of the three month period we were very happy to have sold our timeshare without a hitch.
