Fantastic Service, had a problem falling short on the sale of my property but are working with me to pay the balance.

Your staff were very good, however I found the online procedures quite beyond me and I had to get assistance from our estste agent to get the process completed

The BDM (Ken) was very responsiver and proactive from scenario all the way to settlement.
The whole process was very fast and a seamless process.
The only feedback I have is that it took longer than 24 hours for assessment which lost some time. But the assessor used a common sense approach and did all he could to speed up the process once picked up and approved.

Seamless short form! No hiccups. Got to the office to an email giving me my Bridgit Code Number. Opened the Login which leads directly to a good looking dashboard!

Tight timeframe to get to settlement was met thanks. Property valuation process (delays) and some minor issues with your settlement agent lowered the rating.

Excellent service! The whole experience was easy, quick and great feedback, followups were great & not pushy. Worked with us & a comfortable transaction. Even we didnt need it in the end, the response was fantastic. Would Highly recommend to anyone needing a bridging loan.

Advertise a lower rate to get you to fill in application and then say you don’t fit criteria but however we can help you for a bigger fee and rate.

Total waste of time - spent several days communicating and providing details for them to say they no longer supply a product they are advertising. Then looked at other reviews and so glad as NOT good. Don't waste your time and stick with well known banks.

If you're thinking about getting a bridging loan I'd recommend giving Bridgit a try.

In my experience I found Bridgit to be way more efficient than the big banks. I received conditional approval within an hour of my application and unconditional approval within a week. That time would probably have been shorter if I submitted all the required documentation in time. The communication was great too, they are easily contactable by phone or email and quick to reply to emails.

We lodged an application with Bridgit and the loan was conditionally approved within 30 minutes. Valuations were then ordered and returned, along with a formal approval within 3 business days. Docs were out the following day and ready for settlement shortly after.

I found much of the online requirements difficult to navigate, especially the ID. I was glad I had the assistance of a broker.
End result was great but the journey was challenging.
