A great first impression when I called…
A great first impression when I called and spoke to the lady. Basically decided to buy as a result of that. The two guys who delivered were very good and helps fix a previous outdoor set I bought some years ago.

Great company. Seem expensive but when you look how long the furniture lasts its money well invested. Our other Bridgman furniture is 15 years old and looks as good as the day we had it - although we do cover it up when not in use 😊

Excellent Customer Service from Sian at Tunbridge Wells Showroom
I have to say that the customer service from Sian at the Royal Tunbridge Wells showroom was exceptional. I'd gone in to take a look at a 4 seater garden table to add to my existing Bridgman items and came away after purchasing it being very impressed with the level of service. Not only is the Bridgman product very well made (my 15 yr old garden lounge set and 8 seater oval dining set still look brand new despite years of being put to very good use by a large family) but the attention to the customers needs go above and beyond.
Bridgman isn't the cheapest on the market but you certainly get what you pay for in terms of comfort and durability. Very happy with all my pieces from them. I can certainly recommend their garden furniture if you are looking for a quality product that will last for years

We visited the Walton-on-Thames…
We visited the Walton-on-Thames Showroom and met Harry who helped us with choosing the best garden furniture given restricted access issues. Harry was terrific in helping us choose the 90cms square Windsor table with 4 chairs. Could not be happier with our purchase and would wholeheartedly recommend Harry and the Bridgman product. The delivery service used by Bridgman were also terrific and set everything up and removed packing materials.

They found my order from 10 years ago
Having browsed their website off and on for a few weeks for replacement cushions I couldn't find what I was looking for.
I did notice a WhatsApp icon at the bottom of the page so decided to click it.
I requested all the items I required and hit send. (At this point please bear in mind that it was 4pm on a Sunday)
Within 5 minutes I had a reply from Hammad Nawaz asking if my original order was placed 10 years ago due to me changing phone number and email address over time.
They had found my original order.
I quickly received a phone call and the order was placed and paid for via the link sent.
They said this would likely be delivered this coming Wednesday.
It actually arrived via a timed delivery on the Tuesday only 48 hours after my original WhatsApp message.
If I could give 6 stars I would.

Extremely helpful
I know the items were not cheap but you gets what you pay for in service and quality of the products.

Kensington Sun Lounger
My Kensington sun lounger arrived a couple of days ago , I am absolutely thrilled with it , it looks good and is so comfy . Even though I opted for kerb side delivery the delivery driver brought it right into our courtyard.
Lastly Edita from Bridgman who sorted out everything needed to purchase my item was so knowledgeable and helpful. It’s a lovely edition to go with my other bridgeman pieces

Hot Summers!!
I had been agonising over buying a sun lounger for quite some time. As our summers get hotter, so does my desire to have somewhere comfortable to sit under the tree and enjoy a good book. The thought of storing loungers over the winter, along with finding something that would complement my existing garden furniture, had always put me off.
On Monday, I happened to walk past the Bridgman Wilmslow store, and there, right outside on the pavement, was exactly what I thought I’d been looking for. I wandered in and was greeted with a warm welcome from a smiling Emma.
Emma took the time to guide me through the Bridgman collection and, more importantly, explained the quality of the furniture, the different weaves and colour options, the fact the fabric is completely waterproof and the excellent Bridgman guarantee. She even sent me home with samples of the rattan and fabric so I could see how they looked alongside my existing furniture.
I returned to the store yesterday and, after talking through my options, Emma helped me choose a beautiful two seater sun lounger set with a drinks table. It comes with a 10-year guarantee and an expected lifespan of around 25 years. What more could you ask for?
But Emma's outstanding customer service didn't end there. She arranged delivery for a date that suited me perfectly, explained the entire process, and even sent me on my way with a bottle of bubbly to enjoy later.
We'll chill it and raise a toast to Emma when our new loungers arrive!!

We visited the Walton on Thames branch and were greeted by Harry, with his smiley face. Excellent service, very helpful, and explained all about the product, Monaco lounge chairs and tables, with great knowledge. Highly recommend purchasing these first class products.
