i like their lights - best range of lights i could find - and they actually have a showroom that i could call in to - guys there very helpull

We bought a chandelier from bright lights and we are delighted with it. Bright lights were incredibly attentive to all our needs during the purchasing process to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for. The sales staff on the shop floor were incredibly helpful and polite, and always greeted you with a smile on arrival. We would recommend Bright lights to anyone looking for incredible lighting products & customer service.

I recently purchased a pendant from these guys. Electrician damaged the glass on installation, and they went out of their way to get a replacement quickly and hassle free. Very happy with their customer service.

Ordered an holagen bulb got an LED snotty email back saying I got what I ordered when I didn't get what I ordered clearly. no customer care AVOID

The owner is an arrogant and unmannerly boor. Prices do not include vat, until you reach the till. The returns policy is a complete joke. Shops like this is why people buy online,as they know what they are paying and that if an item is unsuitable your purchase will be replaced or refunded in a manageable time frame. There is a seven day time frame to return items ,and no refund only a credit note. This is an anti-customer shop; no customer satisfaction seems to be the policy.

I recently purchased 4 wall lights. I priced around and Bright Lights were by far the best value. I needed to contact customer service regarding my order and they were so helpful. Darren communicated so clearly with me every step of the way and emailed me when I was unavailable to answer his calls. He resolved my problem in no time and I will definitely order from them again if needed in the future.

Very very delayed, more than a month now and still haven’t got the lights I had to keep rescheduling with the electrician, such a pain!

I would recommend not dealing with this company. I paid a qualified electrician to install a 6 light chandelier on a high ceiling. 3 of the lights on the chandelier did not light up. He also said that the central rose apparatus that holds the light into the ceiling was not adequate to hold the light up. He felt it was not safe. I sent the item back and was refused a refund. The person I was dealing with said it worked in their shop and questioned the legitimacy of my qualified electrician who installs lights for his profession. They are sending it back to the manufacturer and if it works they are just going to send it right back to me. The point being that when I had an electrician in my house, who I had to pay it did not work and I will have to pay again for a 2nd installation. Don’t deal with this company. Not very understanding or helpful.

Totally overpriced . same exact lights can be found in other store 20% cheaper or more. Do not buy from them. Do your search before buying and you will save a fortune.
