Friendly, local company really helpful from the first phone call answered by Carla to Paul arriving the next day and repairing our boiler. 20 year old Worcester boiler received a new pump the same day and we were back to having heating straight away. Paul explained everything as he went along and we will definitely plan our new boiler, which was his long term recommendation, with Safe Gas.

Great Service
Boiler failed leaving us with no heating and hot water. They came out the same day, diagnosed the fault and returned the next morning with the parts to make the repair.

Tomas and the team were superb
Tomas and the team were superb! We had a tricky boiler replacement project trying to locate a valve hidden somewhere. While others panicked, he was calm and methodical resulting in locating the valve and went on to complete the job. Super professional and really nice guys!

We were delighted with the service we…
We were delighted with the service we received from this firm. We contacted them when my elderly mother moved into a flat with a faulty hot water system and within 48 hours a new one was installed. The engineers were polite and professional and the office was very efficient and helpful. I am very happy to recommend.

Absolutely great service
Absolutely great service. My boiler broker on Sunday night. By Monday I had heating back and by Wednesday my new boiler was fitted and everything tidied away. Everyone in this company is very nice to deal with and very efficient. It's more expensive than others but it is worth it for the excellent level of service. Thank you very much

Always a good company to use
Always a good company to use, reliable, honest and thorough. If and when there is a problem they explain everything really well and give lots of options. Used the company for over 15 years for a few properties. Have tried others when Safe Gas are really busy, but never got the same service.
