It was my first experience with Brightsun, and i am fully satisfied with the services provided by Sharda. She was flexible, provided options and lowest rates.
You interface for E-Tickets, Invoices needs to be improved and instead of providing webpage e-ticket and Invoice, you should have professional pdf format e-ticket and invoice facility for clients as pdf is mostly used format for all purposes.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience, the staff specially Aman was very knowledgeable. Right from finalising the countries for trip till visa filing and package finalisation, entire process was very well sorted.
I like the service and definitely recommend anyone planning to go abroad.
