Great product
I usually buy Brindisa chorizo from a deli some 10 miles away, but it's worth the trip as it's a great product. When I saw that Brindisa were offering free postage I bought 4 packets online and was not disappointed as product came quickly and on time.

Top Class
The Brindisa website is very easy to navigate and is user friendly. The products are always top class and there is an amazing selection. Arranging delivery is also very easy and I'm kept up to date with emails informing me of the delivery progress.

Fumet fish stock order

Website difficulty as previously
Website difficulty as previously. Uses default address instead of billing and delivery addresses. What does it mean? Unable to make selection and once I thought I had it reverted back so had to contact team who said they had fixed it but still delivered to wrong address. Puts me off using your website despite marvellous products.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I’m really sorry for the inconvenience you’ve experienced. The team member who addressed your enquiry is very new, and unfortunately, she made a human error when updating your address. She did change it from your billing address to your son’s delivery address, but she mistakenly updated it in our online store instead of our shipment system, which caused the issue.
As soon as we were alerted about the mistake, we shipped another parcel to the correct address, which was delivered on the 5th of September, one day after your original delivery date.
We’re truly sorry for the mix-up, especially since this was a gift, and we understand how important it is to get it right. We deeply apologise for any frustration this may have caused and appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

We appreciate your suggestion about displaying product shelf life online. While we know this would be helpful, it’s a bit tricky for us to manage at the moment. We have hundreds of products, and our online store isn’t directly connected to the system that tracks our inventory and product details. This means it’s not easy for us to automatically update the best before dates.
That said, linking our inventory management system with our website is definitely on our radar for future improvements. Your input is really valuable to us as we work towards that goal.
