This is a scam – avoid

The dresses I received look nothing like the pictures shown on the website. The quality is extremely poor, they arrived without tags, and they do not fit properly.

I have tried contacting Brindle and Balance to request a full refund and return instructions, but my emails keep bouncing back with an error saying there is a problem with the recipient’s mailbox and that the message size exceeds the permitted limit.

I am now left with poor-quality dresses, no clear way to return them, and no satisfactory customer support. Based on my experience, this feels like a scam and I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company.

Would never use again. Clothing ordered was very poor quality, unwearable, looked nothing like items on their website, despite being priced relatively high. Took a couple of weeks to arrive (from China). Would have needed to ship back to China for a refund, cost of which would exceed value of goods. Would advise potential customers to be aware and order from a reputable brand.

This company is thief. Please don’t order anything from them. I order a car seat orthopaedic support cushion set in dirt week of April 2026. But later I realised next day it’s not orthopaedic so email about this concern and the advisor c cancelled this order as it was not yet despatched from the warehouse . I was been replied in email that I will receive the refund back in same card in 5 business working days as order is cancelled due to the concern raised by me. Till here I was satisfied with the reply and service l.

But after five working days when refund not received than I email them few times to bring other notice that refund not received yet and shared the back statement screen shot as proof also, but they keep saying same thing I’m every reply that we had already refunded the amount and it’s left out bank and asking me to please speak to my bank regarding this as why it’s not reflecting in my bank account. I spoke to my bank and they stated no refund is being processed by this company and that’s the reason I have not yet received the refund. This is a shit company and I don’t recommend anyone do any kind of business with them and save your money as they are also not a U.K. based company and they had not said this in the webpage and take two weeks to get the product delivered as it come from China. We are now in new month of May now and still not received the refund credit back and my bank is investigating with their bank and hopefully will get it refunded by my bank, but this costed me lot of time , stress and phone calls as I had to emails this shit company every time for refund and call to bank with all the proof of transaction in first place and their emails in which they saying refund is been processed and speak to bank for refund not as they have nothing to do anything more . This is doggy company so don’t purchase anything from their website

This amount is never refunded in my bank and now I have to ask my bank to investigate this and get me refunded

Claims to dispatch items as Tracked 48 hrs but is obviously a company based out of China as the items actually take weeks to arrive from there and then are ridiculously complicated to return.

The hearing support earbuds are simple to operate and stay comfortable even when worn for long periods.

I tried the arch support insoles and they really improved my daily walks. My feet don’t ache as much after standing all day at work.

I appreciate how practical and simple these products are. The cushion I ordered gives my lower back proper support during long workdays.

Beware purchasing from this company. Firstly, no contact telephone number, which is always a concern. Having received a neck pillow, I emailed some concerns to the email address given on their website, but my email was returned "recipient not found".
My concerns are as follows: I was a bit shocked to learn that the neck pillow I ordered was being shipped from China. Had I know that, I would not have ordered it. I wish you had made that clear on your website. Upon unpacking the pillow, the chemical smell was overpowering (and I don't have much sense of smell). I've had to put it somewhere away from our living area to see if the smell will go. Nearly 24 hours later the smell is still overpowering. If it doesn't go away and I need to return it, I see that shipping is free within the UK, but I'm guessing the item will have to be returned to China. I hope that's not the case.

You say in your returns policy "To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging."

If the smell doesn't disappear of course I will not even try to use it. However, the pillow was packed so tightly there is absolutely no way of returning it in it's original packaging. There were no tags to remove.
I have now sent them a message via their "send a message" link, so I'm hoping that I will get a reply to either that, or to this review.
In any event, I wanted to warn others that their products might be shipped from China, so returns will probably be prohibitively expensive.

Product seems fine but it took weeks to arrive (although labelled as "Tracked 48 hours") so opportunity missed. Returns policy seems prohibitively complicated to I can't justify the time and stress to navigate this! I'd suggest buy from elsewhere.
