Great service

We hired a minion mascot for my son’s birthday and he was completely over joyed! Had great contact during the day on when they would be arriving/near by etc. the person in the mascot interacted brilliantly with the children and they were so happy! Only tip I’d give is their emails bounced back when I was chasing confirmation nearer the time but after contacting them on what’s app they responded and put my mind at rest. Would definitely use again!

Hired a small toddler bouncy castle for a garden party in August - the kids had great fun! Contacted company via WhatsApp and had a quick and helpful responses. Set up and collection was so speedy and efficient and cost was really reasonable. Would 100% use this company again! Thank you.

We had a really great experience with this bouncy castle company. They arrived on time, set everything up efficiently, and even allowed us to extend our hire time, which was a huge bonus. Overall, they were fantastic, and we’d definitely use them again!

I honestly don’t know what to say other than thank you so much for an amazing day! My daughter and her friends had a whale of a time!! Your team were so friendly and nothing was too much for them. They even helped us set up and put away at the end of the day! Would 110% book again!

I booked a bouncy castle as the main feature of my 30th birthday party. I received a text on the day to say the van had broken down and they would try to find a solution as soon as possible. They then stated they were struggling because all the other bouncy castles were booked that day; however, it was the van that was broken, not the bouncy castle. I'm disappointed they didn't have a spare van or hire one on the day.

At no point did they actually let me know that it definitely wasn't coming, and when I asked for an update, they ignored my message. I had no further communication from the company. I asked for my deposit back and they did send this however they have not once apologised for letting me down or sent any correspondance at all. I understand that things go wrong but the lack of care and communiction has been very upsetting. It was obvious that they really didn't care about me as a customer.

Would not recommend.

Cancelled last minute, with a shit excuse me. And threatened my wife and kids. Stay well clear. A bunch of clowns all the way. Threatening my family……really…..

After all the reviews, I messaged for reassurance and was reassured (after a long wait for a response) Less than 18 hours to my son’s 1st party and they cancel. Do not recommend.
