I'd mark it zero stars if that was an option. I've been waiting 3months for shoes I ordered back in May. Every email I send complaining they respond by saying they're sorry and that the order will be with me in a few days. Any links for tracking or to view my order are intercepted by my Security stating 'scam'.

Unethical, misleading advertising, delivering product bearing no resemblance to that advertised, refusing refund. Do not trust this operator.

Total scam. Poor quality. Outright lie about fabric used (95% polyester and 5% cotton is not a "linen blend" and couldn't even get the size right. They also manipulate their product images. I'm out $89.55. Beware! I think this is the same company that also goes by the names: "Wattle and Reed", "Ivory and Rose Boutique" (Melbourne) and "Kylie and Marli" (Sydney).

This is a scam site run by scammers and robots - the blouse I received was an absolute joke - parachute clown fabric - outrageous for $69AUD - and they don’t do refunds and you speak to a robot.

Report to the Australian Federal Police and Meta.

These people are thieves.

Giving a 1 star rating is actually more than this fraudulent business deserves. Ordered a denim dress which, when it finally arrived was 95% Polyester & 5% Spandex and totally unlike the item shown on website. Contacted "Emily" who firstly advised the business would only provide refund after I returned item by postage to China or alternatively give me a "30% refund in store credit, and you can keep the product.
If that doesn’t feel fair to you, please let me know—I’m happy to review other options together.

Just tried to use gift card and surprise, surprise - the gift card was disabled! Now waiting on next bogus response. Do NOT purchase from this obviously SCAM company!! I have now reported to Scamwatch.

This company is a scam. Products arrive that are very poor quality and nothing like the items you think you are buying. I thought I was buying leather clogs & they were plastic & imitation leather with a black plastic band across them. So disappointing & I paid over $80 they were absolute crap

These products are cheap knock offs. This is not an Australian based product. It's nothing but cheap and fraudulent really. It was nothing like the photo or product description. I asked for my money back, they offered 30% store credit. Then 40% credit and so on. Finally they agree to refund me, if I send the product back to China (despite it looking like it comes from NSW). They say money back guarantee, it's just all completely false

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, they are a SCAM & FRAUD. My order finnaly arrived- a Chinese piece of trash as others seem to have experienced. It was nothing like the ordered item. I was offered a 30% in store credit if I posted the iten to an address in China AT MY EXPENSE!! This seems to be the experience of many other buyers!! BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!

I ordered and paid for a dress on a website pretending to be an Australian based company! The dress took a month to arrive and was nothing like the photos on the website! After i complained they offered me 30% shop credits!! Who would want To purchase more rubbish from their shop. I tried to claim a refund thru paypal but it was a cash transaction so not refundable!! The last time i tried to return an item to china it was returned to me as the address did not exist!! Do not buy from these people! They will shut down and emerge under another name

I ordered the Melissa DENIM dress.
After quite some time, l received a V neck 100% acrylic thin dress which is nothing like the pics on the website. It is crap !!
Now I'm required to return it to China if l wish to get my $90 back. Terrible customer service !!

Order took a month to get to me. It arrived today and not what I ordered. I ordered the Melissa round neck long sleeve denim dress and I received a V neck, very cheap fabric in blue not even mimicking denim and had awful blue braiding down each side, something I would not be seen dead in. Highly recommend people stay clear of this company, it looks to be Australian but I dont think it is. Now to see if I get my money back.

My grandmother was targeted by an ad for this shop and wanted me to order her some shoes.
I placed the order on June 6 and it didn't arrive until July 4. To their credit, they replied to my emails within a day every time, but most responses were just excuses about delays. They also kept giving me case numbers that were meaningless instead of providing a tracking number.
After many emails back and forth, and practically begging for a tracking number, I finally received one on June 18, only after mentioning that I would be contacting Consumer Affairs.
I also questioned their advertising, as they present themselves as an Australian-based company. Their response was: "While our customer service operations may be associated with Sydney, orders are fulfilled through our international supplier and logistics network, which means shipments may originate from locations outside Australia." I found that explanation a little misleading, especially given how they're marketed.
The shoes eventually arrived and were about what I expected. They're not exactly like the pictures, and the quality is fairly average. Overall, while the customer service was responsive, the lack of transparency about shipping times and the company's location made for a disappointing and stressful experience.
Won’t order again.

Ordered over $1000 worth of product. 12 days went by, emailed about shipping updates, got told it was coming this week… my shipping updates had no movement so I asked them for a screen shot of what they had.. they called me by the wrong name and selected products I haven’t ordered. Still no tracking 22 days later available. And now are literally ghosting me like a 12 year old.. Have ombudsman involved. Avoid like Epsteins island, these people suck and should be held accountable.

Until now, no shoes, not real leather, lies, invent stories, no Australia Post Tracking, no reply, I want a refund, until now no reply. They are from China and Australia. They steal from Australians. Very angry and upset. We have to report for their. We should gang up and report to Banks and Consummers Affair Australia.

Please be extremely careful when ordering from this company. They lead you to believe they are Australian based yet after placing an order for over $550 worth of clothing, every single item is coming from China. I placed my order on 16 May and nearly 3 weeks later I still haven’t received anything.

If you are ordering clothing expecting it to arrive soon because these people are in Australia, then you will be very disappointed. They are 100% Chinese.

Please don’t purchase nothing from this rubbish shop, the size is absolutely confusing, and is no chance to return! 🤦🏼

They took money out of my account but never sent an order number or the item. When I reached out to them they said that it was stuck in UPS although I was never contacted from UPS.

It was a total scam, please DON’T BUY anything from here. Even after product get delivered, on the website it won’t show that it’s delivered. And there is no way you can return the product. The product that they show is completely different than the real product. It’s a fraud, idk how they are running the business in UK with this refund policy.
