From the very beginning: the phone was answered within 5 rings, advice given, sending out samples and placing the order were all stress free and easy. Particularly Sam and Adam were very helpful. The cherry on the cake of professionalism came after this.
I needed to cancel my delivery several times. Each time this was handled very well and each time a new time and date was given to me. There were consistent follow ups, with text and phone calls confirming the new delivery date. Kay was most helpful and went out of her way to assist me by organising the delivery company to move an item of furniture from the house for me to make way for the bed. Kay and the delivery team from Furdeco were all out to help and coordinate. Thank you to everyone at British Beds Direct and Furdeco. Happy new year to you all. Will recommend you.

Bought a bed from this company very good quality happy with the bed just be wary of the company that they subcontract for deliveries. My delivery is supposed to take place on Monday. I received it on Friday.

Was pleased to find their range included simple, lower bases. My elderly Mum is v.happy & finding it much easier to get into.

Absolutely shocking quality the bed had a leg missing the quality was awful the frame broke on first use by small framed person the materials used are low quality
The mattress has mould on it dirty and second class quality shocking company who totally ignore your emails
I would definitely recommend giving this company a wide birth

Very pleased.
Very pleased ,we bought a bed base from them, pleased with the colour of the base , we opted for a more expensive material which looks like a soft brown suede colour. All was straightforward but we had a problem which wasn’t their fault but on ringing ,the staff worked diligently on our behalf , and it’s been resolved free of charge. Really pleased.

I can honestly say that this company…
I can honestly say that this company provided me with excellent customer service.
I purchased a kingsize divan some three years ago, I moved home and sadly one of the Shepherd's castors came off and was lost during the move (this was due to removal person rather than quality of bed base).
I called British Beds a couple of weeks ago and advised that I now had a lopsided bed, they very kindly sent me 2 replacement castors with fixtures at no cost and this arrived before timeline needed.
A really great service from a company, whom in my opinion, is still operating with high standards. My experience with them has been faultless so I can highly recommend them.
Thank you to Sam & Adam both of whom made sure the castors would arrive in time!

Bed base
The low bed base is great, and just the right height for me. It is now so much easier to get into and out of bed without worrying about the risk of falling .

Corners not 100% clean.
The beds are fine, only gave 4 stars as some of the edges (corners) could have been cleaner. They had been packed like that.
