I thoroughly enjoyed my Interior Design course and found the tutorials and feedback from the course tutor to be very beneficial. I have learnt a vast amount in a short space of time, but more importantly, feel I have the tools and the confidence to go out and practice as an Interior Designer. You could spend thousands on a traditional interior design degree and still not know where to start, or you could spend £200-500 for this one and learn everything you need to immediately embark on an interior design career! I love my self pace study time
I love my self pace study time, there was no pressure at all that really helped me to balance working and studying. The Courses was interesting and well explained, floor plan has alway been a struggle for me but it was made easy.

I would recommend!
This course was everything I was looking for. It had a good balance of theory and practical projects. I learnt so much about making good decisions as a professional interior designer. I genuinely enjoyed (almost) every assignment (and if I didn't enjoy it, it was because it was challenging me in a good way!) and it really gave me an opportunity to improve my existing creative skills and learn lots of new ones. The communication from the college was always very quick too - I would recommend!

Teaches you how to be a professional
The course gave me a great start to interior design, and I love that it has a particular focus on client facing situations, it’s more than just fundamentals. Before I knew what interior was, but to be an interior designer was completely new territory. They set your opportunities out well and clear. The only drawback in my opinion was the layout of the content. It’s a lot of words and can be hard to digest! But the constant support and feedback was great and needed.
I feel so accomplished having finished and I feel equipped well enough to take the next steps

Great course!
I really enjoying doing this course. The content is really useful and the assignments perfectly sun up each lesson so you can use your new knowledge. Having a chronic illness, the structure of this course really allowed me to do it in my own time and helped me learn a lot whilst still taking it easy. The only downsides I would say are that some of the content is a bit outdated and doesn’t really relate to modern trends, and that you don’t have much contact or many checkups with your tutor, you only hear from them after you hand in an assignment. Overall, the course was an excellent way to learn about interior design, and how to start your journey.

Haven’t received my certificate
It's been four long months since I completed the course and submitted my application for the certificate. To my disappointment, I still haven't received it. Despite reaching out to them via email, I haven't received any response. It's quite surprising that in this day and age, in 2023, they don't provide a digital copy of the certificate and are struggling to fulfill their obligation of sending the hard copy or addressing our complaints in a timely manner.

Hi Najwa,
I am sorry to read your review and completely understand your frustrations; however, we’re at the mercy of the postal service.
I can see your email was responded to on the 1st June 2023; however, we have not received a reply. We had offered to reprint/produce the completion documents for you and provided other options for sending, but we did not hear back from you.
Perhaps our reply was redirected to your junk folder or another tab in your email account, but at no point since have we received a further response or follow-up from you, so we thought your documents must have arrived.
I have arranged to have the email resent today; please check your inbox (and perhaps your spam folder and other tabs in case it is redirected in your inbox) and reply at your convenience.
Our diplomas are printed on parchment paper with our College seal for authenticity. However, I have also arranged for a scanned copy of your completion documentation to be emailed to you while we work to resolve delivery to you in Saudi Arabia. We find that the postal service continues to be delayed/unreliable to many non-UK locations post-pandemic.
I will be in touch with you directly to discuss the best way forward for delivery, but it is disappointing to us that you used Trustpilot to voice your dissatisfaction with the delivery rather than replying to our email, where we have tried to assist with the issue as this is not really a review of our course, or working with your tutor or the team but instead with the postal service.

The tutorials were straightforward to follow and I was able to do this at my own pace. Marked assessments came back in a timely manner.

Really enjoyed this course!
Really enjoyed this course! I completed this course during working a full time job and the structure of the course and time frame made it really manageable. Great resources with great detail and examples. Fast responses over email for feedback on assignment submissions and questions regarding the course or assignments. My only negative would be all resources are reading materials would be good to have some pre filmed video tutorials particularly on the drawing assignment! Would highly recommend this course to anyone who has and interest or wants to pursue a career in interior design.

Comprehensive and challenging enough…
The tutorials were mostly easy to follow. When I had queries they were always answered in a timely manner. The feedback from the tutor was a supplement to the tutorial itself. The assignments put you to the test and pushed me out of my comfort zone which was necessary to learn.

I'm glad I enrolled!
I found the actual coursework itself very interesting and informative, while still allowing me as a student to have my own opinion and design style.
I am not very good at institutional studying/exams etc. so I found this much more digestible and less daunting than university or other courses.
My tutor was Simon Savage who I found very helpful & efficient and he provided me very specific and useful feedback in a timely manner.
I had a few questions along the way, which the team were very helpful and time-efficient to come back to me with answers for.
I very much enjoyed my course, and I find it very helpful that you can download your course content to save and revise later on.
