I placed an order this morning and fairly soon realised I'd made a mistake. I emailed asking the company to cancel my order, but unfortunately as soon as I'd pressed send I was notified that it was on it's way. I rang the number on their website and was surprised when a guy answered immediately. He was very helpful and cancelled the order and issued a refund while we were speaking. I went back to the website and ordered the EU 3 pin dual port adaptor I wanted. Within moments the phone rang and it was the same guy I'd spoken to from British Modules, just checking that it was the right plug that I wanted. This was very considerate of him and much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will only use them from now on.

I purchased a hybrid glass &fusion screen protector for my iPhone 13pro max. It arrived quickly and in good shape. The company provide comprehensive videos for installing each type of screen protector. Despite this, I got into difficulty and contacted Hugh in customer services. He was patient and most helpful and showed me where I was going wrong. I tried again but stupidly specs of dirt messed up the installation (my fault again).
I think the company offers very good products at a more than fair price and I recommend them for your phone accessories. Most of all, they are very customer focused and great value.

ordered a charger and it was advertised as fast charging which it definitely is not. Customer service offered a refund which I was unfortunately unable to do since it was a gift. But they are very nice.
I just got unlucky and would hope that the next order goes better.

I have placed orders with British Modules many times previously and orders always arrive promptly. They are also very efficient dealing with any enquires especially Houman whom was very helpful.

I had the pleasure of working with British Modules on a marketing project on trial basis and looking forward to working with them in the future. I was also paid accurately for the efforts and the work I did for them.

The screen protector looks good, feels good and works as intended but unfortunately there are issues.

It was simple to attached to my screen, but having a odd shaped curved screen the protector is a fair bit smaller than the screen on all sides.

Some bubbles developed on two edges and after the 72 hour wait they remained. It did start to lift on the top edge, around the front facing camera hole and I use a Smart screen case, and keep the screen covered most of the time. So disappointed, I ended up removing the protector.

Still searching for an alternative that looks and feels as good as British Modules but fits better and doesn't lift.

Fits perfectly on my Xiaomi 14 ultra with micro curved display. Protects well and does not peel off and no bubbles on all sides even when device gets hot during charging.

Did not fit properly. Did not work as should. Did not curve along the beveled edge as it should.

My phone wasn't a standard one for which they sell screen protectors, but they made one especially. It arrived very quickly. Really pleased with the service

**Extremely poor quality – not fit for purpose**

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this product genuinely deserves one.

The packaging is very basic and underwhelming. It arrived in an envelope containing a single sheet of A4 instruction paper, one wet wipe, and two paper inserts. One of these is a 10% discount voucher, which is unlikely to be useful given the quality of the product, and the other is a QR code directing customers to Trustpilot.

I applied the screen protector exactly as instructed, taking plenty of time and ensuring the screen was properly cleaned beforehand. Despite this, the end result was extremely poor. The number of air bubbles is excessive and they simply cannot be removed, no matter how carefully the protector is applied.

There is also a clearly visible line running straight down the centre of the screen which remains permanently in place. On top of this, the edges do not adhere properly to the screen, leaving it looking unfinished and poorly fitted.

Once applied, the protector makes the device look worse rather than better, which completely defeats its purpose. A screen protector should be simple to apply and sit cleanly on the screen — this does neither.

I would not recommend this product to anyone. There are undoubtedly far better options available, and I will be replacing this immediately.
