This is the second time I have used BritRoute.

I used BritRoute again for airport transport at 02.45 am on the 13th March 2025.
After having a positive experience previously, I decided I wanted transport that I could rely on.

Again booking was easy and got a quote, with confirmation from BritRoute, links to payment, and reminder texts and emails sent prior to travel.

Our driver sent a text the night before confirming collection, and on the morning he arrived early.
Helped us load everything into the car and we were travelling with a two year old.
Had a safe journey to the airport.

BritRoute efficient as expected. Fully recommend. Five stars.

Professional drivers. Clean vehicles. I would recommend and use BritRoute for future travels.

We booked transportation for 10 people with 7 large suitcases and 7 small suitcases to drive us from Newcastle Upon Tyne, England to London, England on 08/14/2024. This is a 6-hour drive. We were told: “Our prices include everything you need for a smooth journey” and “It would be a 16-seater minibus”.
Here are some of my complaints:
• We did not received the driver's name the night before as we were told. We had to call the company a couple of times to find out where the driver was. We were told he was in front of the hotel when he wasn't. The driver was 40 minutes late for the pick up.
• The minibus did not have a luggage compartment. Instead, the driver piled up all our luggage on top of a few front seats which I did not think it was safe and partially blocked our view.
• The vehicle was not ready. The driver had to stop for gas as soon as we were picked up,
• The driver kept turning off the A/C. He had his window down. We kept asking him to turn on the A/C.
• The vehicle broke down one hour away from our London. The driver kept telling us they had called a couple of Ubers to pick us up. When no Uber showed up, he said no Ubers were available. We could see in the Uber app that there were several available within a 5 minute window. Finally, when we confronted him, he said for us to call the Ubers and he will give us the cash, which he did. This breakdown lasted an hour, when we should have been on our way within 10-20 minutes if they had really called the Ubers when they said they did.
• The driver appeared to be from an Arab country. He was not very fluent in English. When the vehicle broke down, he was speaking to "his" company in some other language that we did not understand. Since it was taking too much time and no signs of the Ubers they had called, called BritRout and I found out that the BritRoute had no knowledge that we were stranded with a broken vehicle. Then we found out that BritRoute subcontracted to this other company for the transportation. I am not sure if it was just for our trip or they do this for all trips.
• We contacted the BritRoute for a partial refund of our money but they refused.

Stay away from this company if you do not want any hassles during your travel. When you look at their website and look at all the pictures of their fleet of vehicles, you are impressed; but when they show up it is something different that was promised.
I wished I had read the reviews before I booked them. I booked them the day before while we were sightseeing and did not have a chance to do proper research.
What you see in the website is not what you get!

Always in touch by email and tx to give updates of pick up time and driver details etc.
Very professional company, would definitely use again.

Gave us a last minute taxi for 8 people and the driver Asif was wonderful and a great driver to have.

Absolutely excellent. Arriving on time, helpful and very friendly drivers. They will be the only company I will be using if I need these services again. I recommend them highly. The date says 13th September but should include the 6th as well.

We had the pleasure of using Brit Route for round trip transfers from Newcastle Airport to the Victoria Hotel in Bamburgh for pick up on Aug 27 with return to Newcastle Airport on August 30, 2024. From the first contact with this company it was a perfect experience. Our driver Jacky was on time both ways and very pleasant to ride with. On the way to Bamburgh we passed Alnwick Castle, and he stopped so we could view the castle and take some photos. His car was very clean and comfortable. When we are in the UK again, we will definitely call upon Brit Route for transportation. My husband and recommend them very highly. Thank you again for giving us an excellent experience.

We used BritRoute for a 3 leg trip over a weeks time. London to Middlesborough, Middlesborough to Liverpool, Liverpool to Glasgow.

All 3 trips went exactly as scheduled. The vehicle was exactly as quoted. The drivers were on time, safe and courteous.

Would use again.

I booked a 16 seat minibus hire with driver from BritRoute.
Response was quick.
Rate was good.
Booking process was smooth.
Customer service is excellent. Especially Alyan booking agent kept me updated and answered all my queries.
Driver Mark was fantastic. He reached on time waited for us and took us safely to the destination.

We have been working with BritRoute for some time now and find them to be a very well organised, professional company.

We just used Britroute to provide transport for our wedding guests to and from the venue (in a remote area). We hired 2 x 16 seater minibuses with drivers. Britroute have been great throughout, communication was excellent and the drivers were brilliant. I would definitely recommend and would use them again.

Read the reviews which were excellent, and they made my mind up to use BRITROUTE to transport my family; 7 adults and an 18 month old on a very special family holiday return to Bournemouth.

Booking was very easy but I had a lot of questions. I had also initially made some errors with my initial booking online; but these were easily remedied with follow-up communication with BRITROUTE.

Sales staff were courteous and extremely helpful to answer any queries about transport, insurance etc, and I booked choosing to pay a deposit rather than the full price. I then had to pay the remainder 2 weeks before travel; which BRITROUTE made easy via the payment option they sent.

Pre-contact communication was excellent a few days prior with the drivers contact details and notification about the type of vehicle we would be travelling in.
Our driver Mike contacted the evening before confirming details and letting us know what time he would be arriving.

We had a safe route down, pick-up was a few minutes earlier to load luggage, and we had a brief toilet break before safely arriving at our hotel.
Mike was lovely and so helpful.

We also had Mike for our return journey, same check-in with us the day before, and all arrived back safely.

I absolutely cannot fault BRITROUTE from start to finish.
All the passengers felt safe and secure, and felt relaxed there and back.
Sales staff contacted a few times to make sure we were happy and satisfied with arrangements.

For those reading this; I HIGHLY recommend BRITROUTE for your travel arrangements.

I was quite nervous initially because I wanted everyone to be safe, and didn’t want last minute issues with travel which would cause huge problems; but I had no issues at all, and with the excellent customer service I received, I’m pretty sure BRITROUTE would’ve worked hard to sort it if there were problems.
Luckily I had no such issue, and would trust them again with any transport arrangements for the family.

I cannot praise them enough. Just fantastic, and will be using them again in the future. Highly recommend.
