They delivered a cheap bottle of wine instead of the upgrade that I paid for. Then, I look bad for sending that person a cheap bottle of wine. When I called to complain, they did not try to make things right, they only offered me a refund for the difference in price of the more expensive wine, and they did not acknowledge the mistake that it was not about the difference in price but rather that the person receiving the cheap wine did not feel important, which is the point of the gift. They were not pleasant or corteous on the phone either.

My sister loved it! And if she's happy then I'm happy! I will definitely be ordering with you soon Mother's Day Father's Day and my mother's birthday are all coming up!

Positively the worst!!!!! Lied to me about ship date, delivered basked three days late and the person it was intended for had left the country. Awful customer service with nothing but excuses and total failure to admit responsibility even though provided tracking number proved that they were dishonest.

My order was scheduled for delivery on Purim but it did not deliver intil the next day. It does not count for perfoming the mitzvah if it is a day late. I had to scramble last minute to give Mishloach Manot and this was going to my Rabbi.
