Placed an order 8 weeks ago and no sign of it. No replies to emails, phone number answered by someone who says they’re “a sister company & I’ve no access to orders” & to send an email.
Update - Their online chat bore fruit and a prompt email said the Order had been missed on their system and is now in process. Fingers crossed.

Purchased a carbon fiber water fed pole and paid for it on purchase. They said it takes from 7 to 21 working days for dispatch, but now 40 days after I paid for the item it is still not dispatched. You have no chance of speaking to anybody on the phone, the person who answers is just telling you to email the sales team. The problem is that emails aren't getting replied to!
I am not even sure they can take your money so long before dispatch, perhaps a small non-refundable deposit, but those poles are expensive and asking for full payment MONTHS before dispatch and then completely ignoring your request for update on the order is ridiculous!
I hope I will one day receive the item I paid for or eventually get refunded for it, but I will definitely not want to have anything to do with them lot again!

Don’t ever buy anything of this company, I brought a cleaning pole which arrived broken , I paid the postage back which was about £43, and I said I wanted a refund , which I have never received, I have lost count how many emails , phone calls I’ve made .
They are such a bad company , find what your looking from someone else

Bought an AliGator Aluminium Water Fed Pole about two months ago. Waited to arrive for about a 3 weeks as the company made me aware about long delais in delivery.
Arrived in a small diffrerent spec than expected as I dismissed a crucial info written on the website.
I raised a small complain to the company and the complain was solved although I had no trust it would be.
John Beattie Senior Sales Advisor @Brodex is a man of his word and proved to me that the company trades in good faith.
