they are not letting me withdraw my money

my withdrawal is still pending after more than 3 days and they are refusing to answer my mails.

Please beware of this scam. By the way most of the reviews with 5stars are plain false! don't get fooled by these scammers.

While the products offered are quite nice and the deposit related stuff is almost instant, the issue is with the withdrawal of funds.

They are clearly not respecting their part claiming that they process withdrawals within 48h. I have put a significant amount of money with them and my last withdrawal has been pending for over 20 days....

I don't believe how they scam people to not give the winnings, they just receive instantly and when you try to withdraw they leave you without your money. Scamers

Please be very careful with this company. Although good with how fast deposits go through my problem arises with their withdrawal.
They take no time to collect your money when it’s time to deposit and they said withdrawals usually take 24-48 hours, this is the second time they have done this to me. The last time my withdrawal took 4 days writing this now this is the 6th day they have been “processing” my withdrawal. My intuition tells me it’s something fishy be careful when dealing with brokerstorm

After some withdrawals paid the brokerstorm didnt payd withdrawals and after few days they started to say that provider was investigating my account without any specific time frame and my money wont be paid until they finish this investigation. They say they welcome winners but after win they block accounts to not pay money. BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM WEBSITE.

I like the work with them. The support is 10/10 , they are always reactive and answer to your question. Withdraws are very fast. Deposit and Withdraw doesn't take big fee. For sure I will use them in future, by far the most profesionnal broker i know.
