I haven't received my product yet, but given the customer service I have no doubt I will and that it will be good quality! I'm Canadian and was unable to cancel (due to timezones) my order myself after I goofed up the order and also didn't apply my welcome discount. There have been times where sizing has been off and i’ve needed to exchange or return, or unfortunately an item was ripped, however no matter what happens they have the BEST customer care and service, they are so helpful, prompt and efficient, whether it’s a return, exchange or even just a query. It is so easy! I keep shopping at Bronze Snake because of this. Easy online order arrived promptly live tge dress

I recently made a purchase online and thought I’d click and collect not realising this wasn’t available at the Glenelg store. I emailed as soon as I realised and received a reply almost immediately and was told they would forward to that store for me.
