Sent out the product in different packaging , did not see any difference to my skin colour over 4 weeks also they took an extra £65.99 from my bank which I have raised a dispute about but the bank eventually said they can’t help me ! FUMING . Do NOT get involved with this company

Instead of looking tanned I think I simply look healthier now. That's probably why the compliments have felt so genuine. Nobody has asked if I used fake tan. They just tell me I look well. That's the kind of result I was hoping for.

I wanted a little color without spending hours in the sun. These gummies fit perfectly into my routine because they require almost no effort. The results looked natural instead of exaggerated. Even a couple of friends commented that I looked healthier lately. I wasn't expecting that.

I wish I had gone on here first. Same story as everyone else it’s a scam. First these useless tanning gummies I fell for that they say you will be refunded is untrue then they took almost £50 from my account for a hidden subscription and have lied several times to say they’ve credited me when that haven’t. I’ve contacted my bank about them but please NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE it’s totally fraudulent

I've got fair skin so I was worried these might make me orange. Thankfully they didn't. The color is soft warm and really flattering.

I only clicked on one star because there was not a zero. I only purchased as a gift for my friends birthday who doesn’t tan very well. I have had the same experience as with all these reviews. They have taken almost £200.00 from my bank account for the sake of a £19.00 gift. I too am a pensioner with not any spare money so now I am overdrawn with my bank. I have sent countless emails and now they don’t even reply. Something must be done to stop this company from robbing people blind. I don’t know how they sleep at night. SCAMMERS

They don't work and they debited money from my account 2 weeks after my purchase 49.99. Ended up having to contact my bank.

I was charged twice, tried to cancel my order, and was promised a refund that I still haven't received. On top of that, I paid for postage, but the parcel was never delivered to my address and was allegedly "lost."

I want to make sure no one else goes through the same experience. The service has been extremely unprofessional, and the way this business is run has been very disappointing.

Would give a minus rating if I could this is a scam they just tried to take £95.99 out of my account and I never signed up for any recurring payments

omg what a bad company, I've been in touch wit the fraud department and my bank....
i tried to order 1 bottle of gummies for £11.99 they said i clicked on there stuff and then they took£ 75,63 out of my account...i emailed them they said the would give a percentage off to say sorry for the inconvenience, and give me back £63...well I'm still waiting, no sign of the product...and they have said ive got a subscription which i haven't done
Today they have tried to take out £49.99...so I've been in touch with my bank and they have stopped the payment...they have given me a number for fraud...PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THES COMPANY.....

Gummies came in different packaging with a different name. You are totally unaware when you order that it signs you up to a subscription at nearly £50 a month! Lucky my bank stopped it but have the inconvenience of ordering new bank card! DO NOT BUY!!!!

It worked just more slowly than I was hoping. The customer service team answered my questions kindly so I appreciated that. I'll probably finish the bottle before deciding if I'll reorder.

Well where do i start absolutely shocking. This company are such a scam, you purchase off the website they send the product, the following month they then think its ok to take money out of your account without your say so. They set up a subscription without authorisation from you. When emailing them to get money back, they say about we cant as it has already been shipped. Really not that quickly. Email is always from someone called chole...

They offered me 70% refund on the 11th of June, I have still not had a refund its been nearly a month, they have received about 15-20 emails and I get the same response, we are trying to escalate the situation etc etc.. honestly worst experience ever. Please read the reviews before you purchase.

AVOID - sadly I didnt read the reviews before ordering a one off trial and now find myself being charged £49.99. I did not sign up to a subscription. Now they are ignoring my multiple emails to cancel the subscription I didnt sign up to and refund my money. Total scam.

I've become much more cautious about spending long periods in direct sunlight. These gummies gave me another option that fit better with how I take care of my skin. The glow developed steadily without looking forced. It feels much easier than maintaining a traditional tanning routine. I'm very satisfied .

Took £26.99 from my account few days ago, contacted them to be told you signed up for a subscription lol no I didn't absolute scammers avoid like the flu and get new bank card sent out

Bad do not purchase!! I did not subscribe to this product and money keeps leaving my account. Emailed and keep getting same response we can give you partial refund etc etc, so no full refund. Then no further emails. I even had an email stating I do not have subscription and they still take money. Please avoid at all costs.

I've recommended these to my cousin because she struggles with self tanners staining her clothes. She was impressed after seeing my results in person. I love that the color looks subtle instead of exaggerated. It feels much more realistic than fake tanning products. I'll happily keep using them.

I have an ongoing issue with BRONZII SYDNEY...6 weeks ago I purchased 1 pack of Tanning Gummies. Unfortunately something occurred where 3 other invoices were generated equalling $135.?? I had to take one order..but I contacted Customer service and explained that somehow their App had added 3 invoices that I didn't order and could they please CANCEL THE 3 INVOICES. This was 6 weeks ago.
Yesterday 2/7/26,I saw BRONZII SYDNEY STOLE $135.00 OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT that was unauthorised and generated 2 invoices for products totalling $135.00. I contacted BRONZII SYDNEY and wrote what had happened 6 weeks earlier that their system had charged my bank account with 2 Invoices BZ24091 and BZ23874 equalling $135.00..AGAIN...THAT I DID NOT ORDER NOR DID I GIVE AUTHORITY TO TAKE $135.00 OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT.
The customer service person spoke to Management who offered HALF MY MONEY BACK...EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR SYSTEMS ERROR...BECAUSE I HAD NOT ORDERED BZ24091 OR BZ23874 NOR DID I AUTHORISE MONEY $135.00 TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT. I SAID I WOULD NOT ACCEPT HALF MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I HAD NOT ORDERED NOR GIVEN AUTHORITY TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.
You see, I'm a DISABLED AGED PENSIONER..ON A SET INCOME.
BRONZII SYDNEY MANAGEMENT DID NOT CARE.
SO I have lodged formal complaints with: Fair Trading Australia
Aged Care Commission of Australia
Retail Ombudsman's Office
And I've contacted the television stations 60 Minutes to tell my story. As if I have been treated this way...others will be treated the same way.
