The delivery came very quickly. Communication is poor. Didn’t tell me when the units were coming and I have sent a few emails asking questions with no response. Overall, not bad value and quality though.
For a site that charges £90 delivery and the delivery driver could not take it up to my door has been an absolute convenience. I am not getting my kitchen done straight away and now they are sitting outside. Could not get through to discuss this to anyone even the delivery driver has said I’ve been ripped off will never order from this site again

We’re sorry you were unhappy with the delivery experience. Our records confirm that your order was delivered on the scheduled date that you requested.
As stated in our delivery and product notes, worktops are heavy, bulky items and deliveries are not made on a two-person basis. An able-bodied person must therefore be available to meet and assist the driver with the delivery.
We are also concerned by your comment that the driver said you had been “ripped off.” We have raised this with our worktop delivery partner and are reviewing it with them.
