Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service.
Bought a jumper before Christmas but it’s too small.
Contact them via email twice and by Instagram once and still no one has replied.
Will not be recommending this company and obviously won’t be using them again.

The worst customer service I’m dealing…

The worst customer service I’m dealing with in my 23 year of living. How hard is it to respond to and email and even worse my order that I placed like 2 weeks ago still isn’t here. Ridiculous

The Jean I ordered did not fit and when I got in touch with the company through their support email. I got no response or any advice on how to go around returning the products and getting a refund.

Slightly annoying I’ve had no response but they can still send me emails asking for a rating of their services

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered a jumper for my boyfriend and it was too large so I opted for an exchange. They received my original parcel on the 20th of December, but then I received no further contact until I messaged them on instagram. The communication was not ideal, reading my messages but not responding, and it wasn’t until today on the 12th of January that they let me know the jumper i had requested is now out of stock. I am absolutely shocked and will not be shopping with them again.

I never usually buy from adverts I see on Instagram but the appearance of the items made me want to try them. I am not disappointed, the quality is insane and the items looks even better than the photos. Great brand. Will be buying from them again.

Communication needs improvement

I sent an email to this company regarding the address to send my exchange parcel as I am a student going back to uni after the Christmas break. They never replied to me, and i don't believe i have received any shipping updates on my exchange parcel.

This has been an awful experience

This has been an awful experience! Purchased a jumper months ago, was massive so opted for a replacement! Two months later, no refund, no response to emails and no item! Today (three months later) got an email to say item not available we have sent a refund, but they’ve had the cheek to keep the postage cost! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with and will not use again!!
