I had won a bonus over 40.000 euro a couple years ago. And I have done everything and the best i can to withdrawel the money back then. But just couldnt get it to my bank. And very bad service or no reaction to solve the problem. And now when I dont have it anymore I can do a withdrawel. What a couple years back then impossible looked..

I am filing this complaint because my withdrawal is being delayed without any clear or valid explanation.

The casino keeps stating that my case is “escalated”, but I receive no concrete updates, no timeframe, and no resolution. I have already provided all requested documents and full proof multiple times. Despite this, support replies remain vague and repetitive.

It feels like the process is being intentionally delayed instead of properly handled. Communication is poor and unprofessional, and I am left without any clarity about when my withdrawal will be processed.

I have kept screenshots and full records of all communication. I am asking CasinoGuru to help mediate this case and push the casino to either process my withdrawal or clearly explain what exact requirement is still missing.

I am willing to cooperate fully, but I expect transparency and a fair resolution.

They did not signed the NDA they make and if you don’t sign a NDA it’s not valid or is it .?

So they have to pay me €8732,- like the NDA says and have to sign it what I allready have done . I tried to contact them for months no hearing . If you have a NDA you should sign it if you not signed it it’s not valid . So they have to pay me €8732,- like the NDA says . I’m right

Still no reaction . The agreement is not signed by Bruno casino so it’s not valid.

Again no reaction they know they were wrong by not signing then they have to pay and sign but they refuse so also the judge to decide. But if you do t signed the document it’s not valid.

Good day, i found brunocasino.com a few months ago and im in love with it haha😄 The service is great and if something isnt working, they Will help u directly. The only -point that i can give, is that i havent won decent yet.. but, i have trust!😃 8/10 online casino people!!

👍🏻🏆 The customer support at this casino is solid, especially live chat, which is available 24/7. I was connected to an agent quickly, and they were knowledgeable and friendly. However, I found that email support is much slower, and phone support isn’t available at all. If you need quick answers, live chat is the best option, but don’t rely on email if you need urgent help.

Bruno Casino is Trying to Cheat Me Out of €600,000—Fraud Alert!

For nearly a year, I’ve been trying to withdraw my €600,000 winnings from Bruno Casino, but they are doing everything they can to avoid paying me. Despite submitting all the documents they asked for, they keep rejecting them without any legitimate reason. It’s become obvious they are trying to cheat me out of my winnings.

Bruno Casino’s behavior is not only dishonest but completely illegal. After nearly a year of back-and-forth, I am prepared to take legal action if they don’t resolve this immediately. I will not back down until they pay me what I’m owed, and I will make this hell for them if they continue this fraudulent behavior.

If you’re thinking about playing at Bruno Casino, beware—they may refuse to pay your legitimate winnings too. Stay away from this casino!
