Horrible experience with getting help…
Horrible experience with getting help or answers from robot customer service. No real person to speak to is available. We ended up cancelling our order and going directly to Microsoft for the product. These spam, off market products are NOT worth the hassle!!

We’re sorry the installation process and our support responses caused so much frustration. Office LTSC 2024 installs through Microsoft’s Office Deployment Tool, so the process differs from other Office versions and requires the steps in the download guide we provided.

Purchase with confidence
I had a problem with an activation and it was sorted with a few emails in less than an hour. I purchased about 6 months ago and was expecting all sorts of excuses. The team responded within minutes and the product (Microsoft Office) was working 57 minutes later.
A genuine shout out to Brytesoft. Buying licences on line is always risky, but I have had several good experiences over several years and thought it was time to share.

Key didn't work. Received the 'already used' error. Did not reach out to Brytesoft so I do not know how easy it is to get a refund.

I recently bought a product key
I recently bought a product key. I was experiencing some problems but the customer service representative was so extremely helpful every step of the way I feel like he was right beside me. I sent regular emails requesting assistance and the replies were very very prompt. I also discarded an email from them in error and communicated with them. I eventually found it with the rep guidance. I was so relieved. All in all the service is top notch. Congrats to their customer service. Keep up the great work.

Customer Service that's Second to None!!
I believe this is the 4th time I've purchased from BryteSoft and I finally had a hiccup. It was after business hours and I emailed them to let them know I had a problem. I honestly did not expect to hear back from them until the morning when they got back to work. To my surprise, I received a response back from Steve letting me know he was escalating the issue I was having up. Again I figured I went hear anything until the next day. Then a little while later Philip emailed me with a resolution to my problem and this was well after normal working hours! The speed and way they handled my situation, I will definitely use them for any of the items I need later down the road. Customer Service with BryteSoft is second to none! And that goes a long way with me! Thanks BryteSoft for the great Customer Service you all provided me!
