Thank you to all the staff who helped in the sale of my late brother's property. Handled professionally always updated when you did the property visits during our loss. Thank you all again. I'm thinking of selling my property so I'll be in touch. Carol Paul and Sue
Thank you Bsmart, especially Mami and Shirley for ur assistance. You have been patient with us and explaining this process in detail every time we ask you. Thank you very much...
Thank you for the great service, i have rented from you for years until i could buy my own house through you. I have always been happy and everyone is helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble. Thanks again
If I could give zero stars I would. I have never dealt with such a rude and abrupt person as the "lady" who answers emails (eventually!) and it's as though they don't want the business! They also lied to my daughter when she bought a house through them, told her it had been a managed let and they had all paperwork etc. - turns out that was complete rubbish, it was not a managed let and they had nothing. Once the sale had gone through, they lost all interest.
The company are awful, staff here lie constantly to rope you in then let you down. Avoid
A big thank you to Lee and the team for helping us sell our property, can't recommend this company enough.
Professional and helpful all way through the process.
