Russ is great guy, straight forward helpful and friendly. Purchased a car with extremely low mileage at price well below most other dealers listed in auto trader. Car was presented like new and was in reality however limited warranty was a concern but car was genuine and no problems on vehicle so as advertised.

Deposit returns
After careful consideration I decided not to buy from this dealership and requested that they release the deposit of £99 which should be realesed within 48 hours. First they said it will take 3-5 days, which is really out of the Autotrader regulations. I waited and after that the wait was extended further to 10 days. I consider this to be unjust and unfair to a customer who would be searching and trying to purchase a vehicle and needing all their resources to hand. Also the customer would have paid the deposit based on the based on the 48 hour deposit return as stipulated and this company is going against the same when they refuse to pay back to the customer in this way. This should really be further investigated to avoid further inconvenience to customers

Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in returning your £99 deposit. I completely understand your frustration, particularly when you were expecting the funds to be returned within the 48-hour timeframe.
Unfortunately, there was an internal delay in processing the refund due to an issue with our payment processing system, which meant the refund was not actioned as quickly as it should have been. This was not intentional, and I appreciate that this has caused you unnecessary inconvenience.
I can assure you that we have dealt with this as a priority. I believe you should have now received the £99 refund into your account, but if this has not yet reached you, please let me know and I will look into this immediately.
Again, apologies for the delay and inconvenience caused, and thank you for your patience.

Untrustworthy dealer
Bought the car back in January from BTS due to the promise of through vehicle checks and quality assurance , with the agreement of a new 12 month MOT before sale. Unfortunately it was clear that there wasn’t many checks performed to the vehicle as it came with severally cracked and dangerous old rear tyres (according to a trusted garage) and damaged tyre valves which all needed replacing. This should of been flagged 1) when they supposedly removed all wheels during their checks (they couldn’t of as they didn’t have the locking wheel nut) 2) during the new mot, which questions the quality of their provider. When the issue raised and I eventually managed to contact the after sales manager who was very tricky to contact, I was condescendingly told I was wrong but it was agreed that I would eventually come to the workshop so they could have a look. Upon arriving and waiting over an hour for my vehicle to be seen, the after sales manager tried to tell me they were new tyres and wasn’t that polite (the front tyres were 3 years old on around 3mm of tread and the rear tyres were over 6 years old with severe cracking, so bad that a different independent garage warned me they were extremely dangerous to drive on). However it was agreed that they would as a gesture of ‘goodwill’ change the rear tyres. I ended up spending between 9am and 4pm at the workshop having the rear tyres replaced and the valves on the wheels changed with them taking a few hours to eventually call out a specialist to remove the locking wheel nuts, and with the mechanics all telling me different stories (one assured me all wheels were removed because he remembered seeing them being removed himself, and another said they never had the locking wheel nut which meant they never removed the wheels). I must say however the mechanic who I dealt with for the majority of the day was amazing, explaining everything to me and was genuinely a lovely guy. I appreciate that other review on trust pilot rate this dealership very highly (a reason why I bought my car from here), so hopefully I am an anomaly, but if you buy from this company make sure you ask enough questions and check the vehicle thorough yourself.

I completely appreciate your concerns regarding the tyres and the length of time you spent with us while the issue was being resolved. Regardless of the circumstances, spending the majority of the day at the workshop is not the experience we want for our customers.
I’m particularly disappointed to hear that you felt you were spoken to condescendingly or that your concerns were not taken seriously. That certainly isn’t how we want our customers to be treated.
As soon as the issue was brought to our attention, we did agree to replace the rear tyres as a goodwill gesture, and I’m pleased that this was ultimately resolved for you. I also appreciate your comments regarding the mechanic who looked after you throughout the day, and I will make sure his efforts are recognised.
We take feedback like this seriously, particularly regarding our vehicle preparation and inspection processes. We will review the points you have raised internally to ensure we learn from the experience and prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
I’m sorry that your experience fell short of the standard we aim to provide, and thank you again for bringing your concerns to our attention.

It was a pleasure to buy a car from BTS. No sales pitch or pressure. Make sure you call before you go because the showroom is like a new car showroom but not all the cars are stored there.

Excellent service from start to finish and communication i couldnt have asked for more.I paid a deposit on the car and travelled to the depot for a test drive 1hr later driving home in my new car.Special mention to Emily who was always on hand to answer my enquiries and aftersales also a credit to B.T.S.
