I ordered the topsoil online. It was a very clear and easy process to complete. My delivery instruction was followed precisely. I am very pleased with the whole process and will certainly place this company at the top of my list for future needs.

We collected the turf from Mark who was very friendly and helpful and helped to load the turf into our car.Turf is a good quality and a good price.Looks really good now laid in our back garden. Will recommend Buckleys to my friends.

Pleased with the service and product but it is impossible to get in contact with the company. They don’t answer the telephone and the mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message and got no response to my email.

Top dressing was completely drenched!!
It's supposed to be bone dry fir application. It's obviously stored outside. Needs to be stored inside.

Despite very short notice...we were supplied with topsoil and turf of excellent quality..
And our customer was delighted

Relaid small 25 m2 lawn and ordered topsoil and turf, with deliveries 7 days apart. Both products were exactly as described on their website. There was a minor problem with the delivery of the turf, which was down to the distribution company, not Buckleys. I received a timely and detailed text from Mr Buckley explaining that there had been a problem and offering to re-arrange delivery of a new freshly cut batch of turf at my convenience. This arrived the next day. The new lawn has been down for two weeks and just had its fist cut. It is already well established and looks great. None of this plastic webbing rubbish and not a single weed or blade of coarse grass in sight.

The product purchased was excellent.
However the promised advice as to delivery date mentioned on the confirmation of the order from Buckley was not forthcoming, despite me also asking for the date on an email to Buckley. The product just turned up! It was fortunate that I was at home as the placing of the delivery in my driveway was very important.

Very good soil, delivered exactly when expected by a very helpful driver.

I received helpful advice on the phone before I ordered and was very pleased with the topsoil that I received.

Soil was spilt over road so lost a proportion of it and now have a pile of soil rather than a bag which we ordered.

Turf delivered as expected. Good quality turf, without plastic mesh. Garden looks really great!
