το Σέρβις από το προσωπικό που ήρθα σε επαφή , ήταν πολύ καλό και ήταν ευγενικό ΑΝ και στο πρόβλημα που είχα δεν μου έδωσαν επεξήγηση. Που ήταν το πρόβλημα τότε ??? Παρουσιάστηκε βλάβη στο αυτοκίνητο στην εθνική οδός Αθήνα για Θεσσαλονίκη. Και τα 3 τηλέφωνα που μου έδωσαν να επικοινωνήσω σε περίπτωση προβλήματος δεν λειτουργούσαν. Το ένα μάλιστα έλεγε ότι δεν υπήρχε. Γύρισα από Λαμία πίσω αεροδρόμιο όπου είχα πάρει το αυτοκίνητο για να μου τα αλλάξουν, όπως και έκαναν. Όταν πήγε να γίνει η αλλαγή του αυτοκίνητου .. είδαν οτι η βενζίνη δεν ήταν η ανάλογη με αυτό που μου είχαν δώσει (φυσικά) διότι είχα καθυστερήσει για τις υποχρεώσεις μου και δεν ήξερα ούτε αν θα έκανα δουλειά εκεί όταν πήγα...... και ήθελαν να με χρεώσουν την βενζίνη που κατανάλωσα μέχρι εκείνη την στιγμή που έπρεπε να γυρίσω από Λαμία χωρίς ντροπή.(όπως και πλήρωσα) Χωρίς μια συγνώμη , χωρίς μια εξήγηση γιατί δεν απαντούσαν στα τηλεφωνα.Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό αλλά αυτές υποθέτω ήταν και οι εντολές που είχαν. Το συγνώμη και η αποδοχή του λάθους ..ξεχασμένη ..ελληνικό συνήθειο. Άλλο ένα γεγονός ήταν ότι έκανα την κράτηση μέσω booking και πλήρωσα έξτρα φουλ ασφάλεια , όταν πήγα στο κισσέ πλήρωσα ακόμα και άλλη φουλ ασφάλεια γιατί του Booking δεν ίσχυε ή αν κατάλαβα καλά θα έπρεπε να πληρώσω σε περίπτωση ζημιάς την εταιρεία και μετα να γύρευα τα χρήματα από την bοοking. Οπότε Τιπ της ημέρας , ασφάλεια κλείνετε μόνο στο κισσέ. Εγώ την διπλοπληρωσα. Και κάτι άλλο μην δώσετε σημασία στην αξιολόγηση που στέλνουν. Δεν δίνουν καμία σημασία . Σου λένε θα επικοινωνήσουν μαζί σου αλλά δεν το κάνουν. Οπότε μην σπαταλήσετε χρόνο να τους γράψετε για τα παράπονα σας.

Impossible to reach customer service
I was in a car accident with a Budget Avis car 4 years ago. One day after arriving home from our trip to Greece, I noticed that they took +1.200 euros from my creditcard, without explanation and this has not yet been reimbursed. It's impossible to speak to the people in charge of my file and they simply ignore every e-mail I send. Everytime I get to speak to an Avis Budget employee they tell me there's nothing they can and do, they will forward my e-mails and raise the issue and then... nothing happens. After some vague followup via mail between 2021 and 2023, I have not heard from them since 2023. Absolute scam. Avoid at all cost.

Efficient, friendly and helpful service from the guys at Thessaloniki Airport. Very clean car and pick-up and drop-off simple and easy.

Station de Kalamata. Service rapide (étions les premiers dans une file assez importante) et efficace. sans problèmes ni a la reception ni au retour. Voiture correspondait a notre location en bonne état. Avons pris les assurances d'annulation de franchise et glaces et pneus (pas utilisées).

Booked Volvo 40 class automatic in Athens airport during low season. Got an old lower class car and they wouldn't change it. The car had many scratches, dents and accident marks, with 79000 km and shabby interior. We repeatedly asked for a safe car, offered to accept even lower class for a newer car to be safe. The team was ignorant and unfriendly, they were 6 employees without any work to do in low season, all were just looking at me and ignoring my request.
When asking for a manager, they stated he wasn't there and I can not talk a manager by phone either. I gave up and went with the old crappy car, felt like vacation with 'rent a wreck'.
The local Athens Avis/Budget airport team informed me that Budget only has old and shabby cars, else I'd need to book Avis. Never again Budget. Not a good start into vacation

Nem booking på nettet. Venlig modtagelse ved skranken i Samos Airport. Ingen pres for ekstra forsikringer mv. Hurtig og præcis modtagelse og aflevering af nøgler ved aflevering. Hele vejen igennem god service - og til den bedste pris.
