I bought a Dual Xeon Gold 6262 dedicated server in Chicago to run my EVM RPC nodes.

The server has been fast and stable from day one: multiple nodes, millions of requests a day, no slowdowns or crashes.
Setup was quick, the client portal works, and the network has been solid.
The hardware is enterprise-grade and the drives arrived in perfect health.
For this price I haven't found anything better for EVM workloads — I'd order again.

They cannot deliver a server in 15 days, They keep moving the ticket 2-3 days to sales, 2-3 days on pending

Wasted my time with this provider. I came with a serious request for a bulk server order and needed to discuss standard networking setups (/24 block, BGP).

The sales manager (Mladen) just read my messages and went completely silent. When management finally joined the chat, they showed zero flexibility, refused to provide a basic test server, and demanded a massive, long-term prepayment upfront just to start. They kept repeating that they "can't do it fast."

If you need speed, agility, and professional communication for your business, avoid BudgetVM. They are deeply bureaucratic and too slow. I took my budget to a competitor who deployed everything instantly without stupid contract terms.

This amazing bad support when you ask for order server he just say "Ok give me your contact and wait answer" after week month nothing no first ask him i'm send him email message he still ignored me xD

Dont buy from this company. Wont deliver servers. Wont refund. Have to get money back through Paypal

Big Scam

I pay for a server a week ago when i ask for when the server will be ready everyday support ask to wait and no clear answer and now couple of days they stop answering my emails .
so imagine just one second if they even deliver the server and you have an issue and no answer for days or weeks just crazy
there is many other company that can have your server ready in minutes and always answer your emails

Lost all my data.
I had a server with them since 2013 that ran a wiki site. Many people had contributed hours of time over the years adding to this wiki. I had gone on vacation and returned a few days later then expected. When I logged in to pay my bill I found the server was deleted. Not suspended as most companies do when your payment is late, but instead it was totally deleted. I begged support to please restore it, but they said they could not because the server was completely decommissioned and wiped. I was only 3 days over due. Other services will only suspend your server until you make the payment and only decommission it after a month or two. These guys have no regard for their customers data. I will never use them again.

I been a customer at BudgetVM since 2020-08-14 with my Tokyo server being bought at 2021-01-11. This review consists of my Tokyo server as this is the only server i ran for more then a couple months.

The server is a Dual E5-2630l with 1 SSD and 5 HDDS on a 'shared' 1gbits Unmetered plan.

For nearly two years this server ran without any issues, network stability was perfect and i never had to make a single support ticket. The bandwidth was very cheap for Asia traffic, and there comes the issue.

On 2021-10-11 my traffic suddenly tanked, keeping a near perfect line hanging around 60 to 70mbits max.

I did not notice this until a day or two later, when users reported slow speeds. Upon investigating i could not find anything wrong with the server itself. I contacted support and they asked me for my SSH login to investigate it themselves. After doing so i was told that my port had been moved to a 'pooled port' according support. This was done at the exact date of renewal, after i already paid. I go back and forth with support and ask them to cancel my server and to refund it was it was on the first day of the period and they did this change on the renewal date without prior notice. They rejected my refund request and argued that i should have never been doing more then the 60-70mbits I'm getting now and if i want to get the speed back i need to pay $550/mo on top of what i currently pay.

The plan i got is 1gbits unmetered, yet they do some sort of QoS to hard limit my speed all the sudden. This would not have been an issue if i was notified before my renewal and that they could not keep my bandwidth, because of cost etc. This would have given me an opportunity to either pay extra or cancel my service. Yet they wait until i pay my next bill then silently do this and i have to find out trough a support ticket after asking for my SSH login.

I find this to be unethical and dishonest practice. They seem to offer no more JP servers at all, speculating that they are ending their JP part of the company

I keep receipts.

Our vps server data got lost completed due to their hardware issue, they said, it is our fault not purchased backup service from them. They do not feel sorry for lost our business data completely at all, and refuse to pay SLA credit to us. Very bad company, very bad customer service, keep away from them. I do not know what we can do, but get our business completely down.

I migrated over to Budgetvm after I found that my previous hosting company was blocking my client's emails as Spam without notifying either party. Budgetvm had been recommended by a colleague and the process to migrate my URL was fairly painless. . I wholly recommend Budgetvm as web hosting provider.
