I am writing to express my frustration with my recent purchase experience, as I feel that BudgetWithMilly has not only delivered an unusable product but has also failed to provide any form of customer support, leaving me feeling deceived and taken advantage of.
After paying for a budget-tracking template, I received a link only to find that the template was unusable—I couldn’t even type on it. There were no instructions or resources to help me troubleshoot, making it clear that little effort was made to ensure customer satisfaction or product functionality.
When I attempted to reach out for help, I discovered there was no direct contact information—no email, no phone number—only a “contact” option on the store. I used this option, but it has been months with no response. I also tried contacting BudgetWithMilly on TikTok, but again, received no reply. This lack of support feels unprofessional and as though the company is purposely ignoring customers once they have paid.
Furthermore, the checkout process felt misleading. The template was initially labeled as “free,” yet when I added it to my cart, I was unexpectedly charged over $14, with digital fees bringing the total to over $20. This pricing structure is misleading and seems designed to deceive customers into paying far more than expected.
Overall, this experience has left me feeling exploited by BudgetWithMilly, a company that appears more interested in taking people’s money than providing a quality product or service. I strongly urge you to address these issues, as this approach to business is unacceptable and unfair to customers.
