Absolute joke of a company, bought a gun from them was charged the full amount. Emailed an hour later saying to contact them directly only to be told it was sold out and I would not be refunded my money for 5 days! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Always a great experience at buds!! They never disappoint

3 full days to process an order that was placed on 4/5 and now we are sitting at 6:10 pm on 4/8 with only an "order shipped" status. No tracking no nothing. Different story if shipping was free. High Step It Bud.

Great ordering experience, especially for a first timer. The website is very smooth and easy to understand. I especially appreciated it showing me twice the details of my order and the breakdown of the item cost and taxes included. I will do more business in the future.

I've purchased guns through Bud's before. Great experience! This time was no different. The choices are astounding and the prices can't be beat. Easy to use website, easy to find a local FFL to send your gun to, easy pay process, I can't think of any negatives. I recommend Bud's to all my friends that are looking for a gun. Since you are reading this, I recommend them to you too! You won't be disappointed!

Smooth process.

Don’t expect anything fast to happen with this company. The people in the customer service department seem unwilling to check with other departments to see if they have received a copy of your stores FFL license. My local FFL sent over their license twice within a four day period and it seems like they didn’t check until the sixth day, and when you call to follow up on it, they just say nope it’s not here. This is the second experience I’ve had with buds guns that was exactly the same as the first. I do not believe I will be making any more purchases from Bud’s guns. It took a week to process my order, then another week for it to be delivered to my FFL.
If this is OK with you then this is the company for you but if you want communication and people to look at their emails, this is definitely not the company for you. 

My first purchase from Buds and it won't be my last! Excellent online store. It's easy to use and understand, even for people who aren't very tech-savvy.
