Such a scam. Many problems with withdrawing, they add strange bonusses to the account without you knowing and then tell you you played with bonus money and so on. I've asked them 2 weeks ago by mail and whatsapp to close my account and delete my information but it still hasnt been closed. Every time I ask them they talk about technical issues.

Update regarding my Buff.Bet case:

After my account was fully verified — including confirmation by email — Buff.Bet suddenly accused me of “bonus abuse” and closed my account right when withdrawals were involved.

The strange part is that the alleged “bonus issue” was from many deposits earlier (15–20+ deposits before), and I had already made normal withdrawals long after that. I never withdrew any bonus money. All later gameplay was done with real deposits.

Casino Guru has now asked Buff.Bet multiple times for actual proof. After 6+ requests, the only thing they keep repeating is that I bought a €20 bonus and later left the game. No concrete evidence, no detailed logs, no explanation how this supposedly affected later real-money winnings.

I also provided evidence that their bonus/wagering system showed inconsistent and mathematically incorrect balances, which makes the situation even more questionable.

At this point I genuinely believe Casino Guru is starting to see that the timeline and accusations do not add up. A verified account, many real-money deposits afterwards, previous successful withdrawals, and still no hard proof from the casino.

Players should be very careful.
