Great product and a really excellent price that’s what attracted me to this fitness machine, I hope it lasts as long as the old unit of 6 years.

I ordered a roof rack and my order was showing as "delivered" and I never got it!! Tried to communicate and they just ignored me . I'm so sad they made me miss a surf camping trip and I don't have the money for another one :(

Living in regional NSW, it is common to wait 10+ days to receive a parcel. I was astonished when an item I ordered online late Friday arrived the following Thursday.
The Giantz Black PU Tractor Seat is far more comfortable than the solid metal seat on my MF35 tractor. I should warn that the instructions are simple but the process isn't complex for anyone with a few DIY skills. I found the base-plate thinner than the old seat so I added a thick washer to pad it out. While one stud fitted a hole snugly, the other used the rectangular slot, which is slightly wider and allows some minor sideways movement.
The spring suspension is a dream but I do need to adjust to the different height and positioning. However, this will feel natural in time and easily offset by the comfort and less stress on my back and buttocks.

Everything was clear & precise easy to navigate.

Prompt and clear response to delivery information requests. I wanted delivery to a PO BOX preferably.

They were totally honest saying they couldn’t clearly confirm but would try and gave alternatives if it failed.

They also have Australian stock - a big plus.

where is my fridge, there is no contact no information provide after 1 week alreday。 the tracking trace number you provide has no information . They said the fridge is not hand over by you guys yet ! It’s an empty tracking trace information . I have send you emailed no reply at all. If you can provide some information like when are you going to give the fridge to delivery company will be helpful
