Hi Dave, we're very sorry. Your parcel was handed to Royal Mail on 18 September (collection docket 5154620371), but it never reached you, and we also missed your email of 3 October, which we shouldn't have. We've now been in touch and are sending a replacement free of charge. Thank you for your patience.
VERY QUICK TURNAROUND

Excellent customer service
I received some excellent customer service after their chat bot gave me some wrong information, so couldn't be happier with the service I received. The window handle I bought is solid and the magnetic holder for the extra long spindle is great. Highly recommend.

PVC door handles
PVC door handles, there are zillions and mistakes can be made easily and get the wrong size. Their technical info was spot on. Handles arrived promptly and very good quality. Had a question which was answered quickly and reassured me. Good service good company I can recommend them. Well done.
