So upset. Its a scam!!! Take your money. I don't think we can start a class action lawsuit with a company overseas. Probably has multiple shell corporations hiding.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I wish that I had read reviews before I gave them my money. Ordered for Christmas 2025 and guaranteed delivery for Christmas. Took my money. No communication (except possibly from a bot that gave me no information other than ‘order in process’). Repeated requests for updates and nothing. No update. No delivery of product.

Its a scam business. Fake orders, non delivery.

Absolute scam! Wish I checked reviews before ordering. Ordered in Early November, by December there was no update so I emailed and they didn't get back to me. Emailed again a week after threatening to go to my bank reporting the transaction as fraud, they decided to respond to that email within 20 minutes. Gave me every excuse they could possibly think of, tried blaming me, blamed the system. Ended up asking for a refund and still haven't heard anything back. Ended up contacting my bank and got it reported as fraud, got word back today that they successfully got the money back. Couldn't care less about the money, just didn't want these pr*cks to have it

Straight up SCAM - The website now no longer exists. No one has emailed back in months, the only email back promised the items would be sent, but now it's no response and website gone, no way to get money back

I ordered December 14, 2025 and have not received my purchase. They only sent 1 email back from when I first emailed them.. they haven't emailed me back since then.

I placed an order back in December and can’t get an update on the status of my order. Repeated mails requesting an update have been completely ignored

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. Complete scam. I ordered as a Christmas gift and when I got no updates, I emailed, only to be told it would ship soon. They ripped me off. I will be contacting my credit card company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Avoid this shop at all costs, just like many others here have warned. This is completely unprofessional and a total scam. They take your money and don't deliver. I placed my order on December 7th and still haven't received anything by January 22nd. They claimed in early January that the order was handled, which was a blatant lie. After multiple follow-ups, they are now ignoring me. I strongly advise EVERYONE to stay clear.

I placed my order Dec 10 and still have no shipping details. I have emailed multiple times with one reply which stated it is a busy time of year but my order is still processing. I have since asked for a refund with no response. This is a total joke, unacceptable. Don’t use this company!!!

I was so excited when I placed my order. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for a friend. I waited three weeks with no order updates. I emailed the company 3 times just to see when it would be shipped. No response to any emails. Obviously I’m not the only one who has encountered these issues. Definitely don’t purchase from this company! I already disputed the charge with my credit card company.

I placed my order in November, and it has still not been shipped. I have sent five emails and received only one response, which was unsatisfactory. I am now very concerned about the legitimacy of this website.

Placed my order on 6th November and chose priority processing. Totally missed Christmas (it was to be a Christmas gift) and I’m still waiting!
What really annoys me most is that they still advertise and take orders and then claim it’s a mental health issue with staff!

Awful! Placed order Nov 17 and aparently you can just add a product to your order AFTER CHECKING OUT! I accidently hit a button and it ordered a $90 product i did not want. No confirmation just charged it to my card. Tried to email them that i did not want it and they said sorry you have to receive it and pay to return in. Now i havent even got what i originally ordered and they are avoiding my emails. There is no phone number to call because i guess they dont want to have to explain to people that they are not shipping out their products. $130 worth of product i am missing and they were christmas gifts. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPEREINCED!

I purchased an item as a gift for Xmas in mid November, the company has taken my money but yet confirmed payment but declined order this was the message I received from the site’s robot, I have emailed on 4 occasions over 7 days and no reply. Not good customer service

I ordered back in September for my grandson - still have not received. Sent several emails, tried to call - no phone number - Even today, sent the 5th email. I have been patient considering this goes back to September, but enough is enough !!! Yet, they keep sending advertisements to my email to purchase more product. What a joke - send my product, my tracking something or give me my $$ back and I'll purchasing something else for my grandson.

Placed order, nearly a week: no tracking!!When questioned this company became defensive. After reading all the reviews ( should have done aheadof ordering---daughter provided link of what she wanted for her birthday---I recommend to spend your $$$ elsewhere..Amazon has most products sold under name Jekca, a few $$ more( not much) but piece of mind, you will have customer support and actually recieve your order. Red flags everywhere with this company.Read all the reviews they are true--also my American Express sent fraud alert texts to me ---ordered with Visa----I should have taken heed to the alert. Like others 0 out of 5.If you Google the Jacksonville,FL address, it appears to be port storage dock , not a true place of business.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered something with priority shipping on September 5th. Their website says that items normally ship within 3-4 days. After two weeks I contacted them and was told that there was a shipping problem. After another week passed I contacted them again - this time I was told there were some "internal issues" but the item was "heading" to be shipped. My priority shipping was refunded as a token of their failed order status.

After the third week I had to again ask where my item was...I was told that I would hear something the following week - Needless to say the order was subsequently cancelled by THE COMPANY. This was ordered as a special birthday gift for someone that had undergone some personal issues throughout the year.

This company is cold, unresponsive and will say whatever they want to make you belive the order is being fulfilled....DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them

Ordered Pitbull kit late June. Still waiting on it. Emailed company twice. They are "working in it" Spent $300.00 on expeditated delivery for birthday gift.
