Build My Gift Opiniões

Love this company and use it to send gifts to my clients and have spent hundreds with you guys in doing so. There are a few things you could improve:

1. Your packaging could be a lot more environmentally friendly

2. You always have way too many items out of stock

3. You’re a bit overpriced.

If those things were sorted it would be 5 stars from me.

Arrived in good time, with every item present. Great range of gifts for both genders

My first order placed with Build My Gift and my cousin was delighted to receive the gift, the packaging was exceptional. I cannot wait to place further orders.

Beautiful gift. Great choice and promptly delivered. The recipient loved it!

With several choices out there, it's a challenge to find the right company to fulfil such a project.

From the start, Build My Gift were professional and eager to ensure that we received the best products for recognising our employees. Ahead of the order, we received a sample, which really helped us make the right decision moving forward.

Additionally, we were working on a tight timeline and Ras and her team managed to complete the order on time and delivered without any issues. Good work and thank you! Would recommend Build My Gift to colleagues.

Amazing - friend was very pleased!

Very prompt delivery, beautifully presented, will definitely order with this company again. A+++ service.

Build My Gift carried out an influencer gifting campaign for us. The service was super efficient and organised from start to finish with very specific instructions followed perfectly. The gifting products themselves were of high quality and the packaging was beautiful. Would definitely recommend them and we will be using them again.

Excellent packaging. Excellent communication of gift status. Thanks a lot!

Great quality, and very fast service. So easy to get great quality products without leaving the house.

Such an easy way to pick really good products and make gifts that The recipients will love as made specially for them.

Such a quick and easy service! The bridesmaid boxes I ordered were quality and the girls absolutely loved all the goodies inside. Packaging was great and kept items secure from damage. Online chat assistant was available immediately to ask questions and was very helpful. Boxes were delivered to me within a few days. Will definitely use them again. Very happy customer

Great little site with so many branded product options unlike many other sites who try to do something similar.

There was, a few things out of stock but I take this to popular and current times we are in.
The recipient of gift was so happy with delivery.

Also great customer service when I approached for status.

Thank you. A great experience.

Excellent communication and a very quick delivery.
My friend was so pleased with her gift which was packaged perfectly. A great site with loads of options!

Excellent service, presented beautifully. Have used 3 times in the last month and each person receiving loved their gift box. The hand written card is also a lovely person gesture. Great selection of products. Only thing that I would say can improve is maintaining stock levels.

My bosses had the lovely idea of sending gifts to our team - all 125 of them - and I was tasked with finding appropriate options... After trawling the internet and finding nothing but tacky hampers or generic gifts, I came across buildmygift.com and I am so glad I found them! I sent an initial enquiry, expecting to hear back after a few days, and within half an hour my phone rang and Ras (the director) introduced herself, talked through our requirements and answered all of my questions. Within just a few days we had finalised the contents of our gift packages, the branding on the boxes and sent them the list of addresses for them to post the gifts to. The gifts arrived really quickly and the quality is amazing! They look so beautiful, classy and the contents were fabulous. The handwritten note was also a lovely personal touch. We have had nothing but thanks and positive feedback from the team, who are all over the moon with their surprise gifts. So thank you for making my life much easier buildmygift - we will definitely be using you again in the future!
